3 carrots peeled, and sliced 3/4 lb. frozen peas 1 onion roughly chopped(optional) evoo 1/2 sprig fresh rosemary, leaves removed from stem, and finely chopped. 1 to 1 1/2 cups chicken stock, or water In medium sauce pan or skillet, heat the olive oil on med to high and add the carrots and onion and sautee until 1/2 done. Add frozen peas, rosemary and chicken stock. Bring to a boil, and cook until peas are just tender, and the stock reduces a bit. Salt and Pepper to taste. |
