1 package country style (shreded) hashbrown potatoes ( plain no peppers or onions and not cooked) 1 16oz container of sour cream 1 stick of melted butter divided in half. 2 cups of cheddar cheese 1 14oz can cream of celery soup probably about 2-3 tablespoons dried minced onion (I just usually throw this in without measuring, I sprinkle this in though so that it thinly covers the mixture in the bowl. Plain corn flakes paprika Mix the potatoes, cheese, sour cream, soup and 1/2 stick of butter and onions in a large bowl. Spread into a 9 x 13 baking dish Crush corn flakes over the top. drizzle the remaining melted butter over the top and sprinkle lightly with paprika. bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour Serve HOT. (Its really fantastic with the Cola ham that I posted the recipe for a bit ago LOL) |
