chicken tenders or boneless skinless chicken breasts cut in strips 1 packet of taco seasoning per 2 large chicken breasts or 1 pound of chicken 1/4 cup of water 1-1/2 cups of crushed tortilla chips mix seasoning and water, add chicken and let marinade for 30 minutes or so. In teh mean time crush enough tortilla chips to make about a cup and a half of "breadcrumbs" remove the chicken from teh "marinade" dont remove the marinade, and place into the "breadcrumbs to coat" alot of the crumbs will fall off, but it will still taste alright, you want the crunch. Place on a cookie sheet and bake in a 350 overn for about 30 minutes or until done. (I poured the remaining marinade over teh chicken strips. before baking it) When I made this, I served it with some sour cream and taco sauce mixed together. made a spicy cool sauce. really good. |

Hey Blondie, did you make this the other night? What did you think of it? Any changes you would make to it? |

Yeah that would probably work too. Really anything that would give you that crunch would work. I just happend to have some tortilla chips on hand the first time that I made this. |
