1 bone in ham 1 12oz can regular cola Preheat oven to 500 degrees. take 4 big sheets of foil, long enough to fit in a large roasting pan. crimp 2 pieces together lengthwise and place in roasting pan. crimp the other 2 pieces together lengthwise. Take ham out of wrapping, and rinse removing any pieces of plastic, and bone covers, moisture pads, etc, and place in pan. pour cola over the ham and 1 cup of water. cover with second peice of foil. place 1-1/2 more cups of water in the bottom of the roasting pan around the foil so nothing will burn. Place in oven for 10 minutes and thenturn down the heat to 200-225 and cook all night long, apx 9-10 hours. Some cola will leak out the foil while cooking its ok. Serve, hot, warm or cold. Its fantastic and you dont even need a knife to cut it, it jut falls apart |
