Grilled Turkey Breasts

A little North of Center

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup chicken stock
2 tbs. fresh lemon juice
2 tbs. diced minced onion
1/4 tsp.dry mustard
pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste
4 4 oz. turkey breast steaks 3/4 to one inch thick

Combine all ingredients except the turkey into a 9x13 inch dish. (I use a ziploc bag) Mix together. Add turkey and refrigerate for at least 5 hours. turning occasionally.

Drain turkey, and discard marinade. Grill steaks 6-8 minutes per side.
