6 ounce pkg. of semisweet chocolate chips 4 eggs seperated 1 teaspoon vanilla or dark rum, or other flavored liquer melt the chocolate in a heavy bottom pan or double boiler. Beat the egg yolks until pale and lemon colored. Slowly stir in the chocolate and blend well. Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry. Add a third of the whites to the yolks and chocolate, add the flavoring, and mix well, then carefully fold in the remaining whites. Spoon into individual serving dishes or a serving bowl. Cover and chill for at least 8 hours before serving. **You can also pour into a crumb crust, or a baked tart shell and chill. Serve with whipped cream. |
