or scallops...either works. allow 1/2 strip of bacon per large or jumbo shrimp or scallop sweet and spicy bbq sauce of your choice bamboo or wooden skewers soaked in water so they don't burn. boil bacon for about 2 minutes, remove and let cool. wrap shrimp or scallops with bacon and place on skewer stack 3 to 4 shrimp or scallops to skewer. grill or broil until barely done, douse with bbq sauce and finish cooking. Serve with rice pilaf. |
