Posts: 1,212 Group: Royalty Member Member #11 Joined: Feb 5, 2008	There is nothing wrong with showing emotions over a character that you are foned of because 9 out of 10 times, when you see a seen like that, you are reliving a moment in your own life that got to you unfairly and you feel her pain. I think that is what sepparates the good soaps from the bad ones. Phyllis has so much love for that little girl and for her to be taken away on hear-say from a total stranger is beyond me ? I have no idea what these writers stud about law but, they obviously have not learned much about it in the end have they ? That's why they call it hear-say evidence. I'm not a lawyer but, I love watching them on tv, Judge Mathis, Judge Alex and Judge Joe Brown, People's Court, the works and I know for a fact that you can't arrest someone on circumstantial evidence and hear-say is just that ! Either go back to law school and learn law writers or quit practicing law without a license to do so ? Idiot's ! PS: That's why I love this website because I would have been banned from any other website out there for those comments and man, does it make me feel good to be able to say them. Now I just hope that the writers read some of our comments and learn from them huh ? Later, Everyone have a fun and safe Fourth and I will talk to ya'll next go round. Later, fisherman: i agree fisherman, in real life...that wouldnt have happened based on the ramblings of some random woman. they maybe wouldve put extra security around summers room...but they would not have just up and taken phyllis away from her sick child.

I agree about what an ass Heather is, and should in no way taken MJ's word for anything. Does she not talk to her dad AT ALL!! However it does happen, just one inkling of a doubt and a overzealous prosecutor/social worker, and some states will take the kids away

Mary Jane is obviously one very sick person... the ironic thing is that her sick plan to distract Phyllis with Nick has caused Sharon to lie about the baby to Jack... so I'm seriously wondering what disturbing things Mary Jane is going to do to Sharon, so that she can finally have Jack all to himself.

I've been wondering the same, Iberry and am thinking there is a miscarriage in Sharon's future ala Mary Jane.
