1 lb. macaroni, penne, shells, or rotini cooked 1 package frozen brocolli flowerets or spinach, thawed 1/2 lb. velvetta cut into chunks 1 1/2 - 2 cups grated extra sharp cheddar cheese. 1 ham slice, fried and cut into strips or cubes Mix the cheese with the the pasta, add ham and veggies. Stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is gooey and warmed through. Add a little milk or water if the cheese needs to be thinned. Sometimes I add a shake or two of hot sauce to add some sharpness if the cheddar is a little lacking. |
