1 package of frozen or fresh cheese ravioli 1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 cup grated mozzerella cheese Brown ground beef, and add sauce. Place the raviolis in a 7X11 baking dish, and dump the sauce meat mixture over the top, add grated cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes (for fresh) 1.5 hours for frozen. |

I make a dish kinda like this except I alternate layers with different kinds of cheeses. |

I cant make this at all.. unless I get the cheese my mom can have and make the dough for ravoli ( and I found a way to do it ) .. the sauce I make but instead I use salt free cans for it.. right now it crushed tomotoes, paste and sauce with mRs dash and a dash of sugar to cut acid.. |

Thanks for the recipy Horsey! That is just the kind fast and easy food that is great to prepare after work for the family! And one could alternate it with chicken, tuna etc. |

we did that once, we layered it like lasgna (sp?...my spelling is horrible ) with parmesan, and extra ricotta. Sometimes I use the beef raviolis w/ the cheese ones. |

When I make my own pasta I use 2 cups of flour, 1 egg, and enough water to hold the dough together. I usually make it in a food processor, however you can mix it up in a bowl, or the traditional method of placing the flour on a board, make a well in the center add the egg and water and mix the flour in from the sides of the well until it forms a stiff dough. It rolls out much like yeast dough. You have to take it so far, then let it rest, then roll again. Unless you have a pasta machine. |
