I cant make this at all.. unless I get the cheese my mom can have and make the dough for ravoli ( and I found a way to do it ) ..

the sauce I make but instead I use salt free cans for it.. right now it crushed tomotoes, paste and sauce with mRs dash and a dash of sugar to cut acid..
When I make my own pasta I use 2 cups of flour, 1 egg, and enough water to hold the dough together. I usually make it in a food processor, however you can mix it up in a bowl, or the traditional method of placing the flour on a board, make a well in the center add the egg and water and mix the flour in from the sides of the well until it forms a stiff dough.

It rolls out much like yeast dough. You have to take it so far, then let it rest, then roll again. Unless you have a pasta machine.
