History: Optional, I guess...

Technology:
Yeah, you're on yer own here. Set up as you feel you should, feel free to use this to create, a corporation or Faction.

Guidelines.
1. No superweapons. Unless allowed by Admin/modStygium for a storyline.
2. Go nuts.
