Other Submission Rules
Rule 0 — The rules are to be obeyed. The spirit and the letter of the law are the same on this site, and you will treat them as such. Anyone caught exploiting loopholes in the rules will be treated with the same punishments as the people who break the rules blatantly. This is rule zero for the simple reason that no one should be trying to find loopholes anyway, so this should not have to be said. Do not break or bend the rules.

Rule 1 — Anything taken from the Expanded Universe canon must be listed under their names in those sources and must fit its canonical description. Nothing canon may be changed as seen fit by the person submitting it. If it is discovered that you have done so, even if it has already been approved, it will be removed from the board and your right to submit things will be revoked. [Note: items that are not well-described in their sources are an exception.]

Rule 2 — Super-weapons of any kind will be denied on sight. No member will have a submitted super-weapon approved, so do not even attempt to submit one for approval.

Rule 3 — Black lightsabers will be denied on sight. Do not attempt to have one approved.

Rule 4 — Species or planets devoid of the Force will be denied on sight. Do not attempt to have one approved.

Rule 5 — Species which possess Force sensitivity as a genetic trait will be denied on sight. Do not attempt to have one approved.

Rule 6 — Ships that are significantly more technologically advanced or powerful than ships that exist in the movies will be denied on sight. Do not attempt to have one approved.

Rule 7 — Droids like the ones in the Dark Trooper project will be denied on sight. Do not attempt to have one approved.

Rule 8 — Any planets, items, ships, or species which break the rules listed above but exist within the Star Wars universe prior to the end of Return of the Jedi have the potential to receive an exemption. To be applicable for exemption, your submission must prove three things.
One: The submission must prove that it is expanded universe canon.
Two: The submission must prove that it is canon prior to 4 ABY.
Three: The submission must prove that it can benefit the site as a whole.
