EDIT: The tech circle will now look like this: Instructions show in chart above. Potential profit for tech sellers is roughly $1,000,000.00 per cycle. Tech Buyers send $3,000,000.00 to Tech Sellers. Tech sellers purchase 50 tech, then send first batch of tech to the first nation, after it is accepted, purchase 50 tech again and send to other nation. Wait till aid slots open up and do it again! The cycle will keep going until someone decides to drop out of the circle. 3 Slots needed at all times. Tech rate based on 3 million/100 tech.
