Origial Poster: Adam Vren

When Adam found no targets he focused the sniper back onto the building. The rest of the mandos had moved in to fight against those inside and some beast like creatures were storming through the door. Adam dropped the sniper, it was useless now that all of the fighting had moved inside. He decided to turn and leave the city, but was jumped on from behind by a Kroot, which was shot by a sniper aimed at where his head had been a moment earlier. His back had small gashes from the where creature's claws had ripped through his shirt.

Adam cursed silently and moved into a dark alleyway where the sniper would most likely not be able to find him with his weapons ready. He had to be ready in case any more of these strange beasts came.

Seeing as Barrick kept at Ra, when Ra threw him the bottle, Kherzon caught the bottle and drank from it. One of the Kroot took this time to come up and claw at the bottle shattering it. The fine alcohol went everywhere.

He stepped back and barely blocked the next attack at his head with his thin rapier like blade. " That was expensive stuff. " He moaned a bit and straigthen his blade at teh beast, running it through. He stepped back as it fell toward him and he turned. There were enemies everywhere. But where to ... "AAAHHH! " He took a blaster shot across is left side. One oteh Mando's was getting up and had taken a moment to take a shot at him. he growled a bit and jumped at the man while he was still off balance. His blade cut cross the man's neck armor. As it came to the point Kherzon lifted up and jabbed. There was a sick gurgle and blood could be seen coming from under the helmet.

He rolled and dove behind the bar, now mass Chaos had erupted. He turned and saw the young girl Ra had been speaking to sneaking away into the back room. He had greater issues to deal with. He pulled his blaster pistol and rose up from the bar firing as Kroot and Mando alike. A few fell, most didn't, but it was cutting a path for Ra from the lead Mandolorian.

"Ra, this is getting out of hand too fast, time to go. " He called as he kept firing. he nearly missed a shot to his head. "Ra, NOW! "

Original Poster: Calin Riegal

They were been overrun, outgunned, certainly not outclassed, but outnumbered by a margin that bordered on absurd. With the addition of these Kroot savages who seemed content in killing anything that resembled life, the bar had become a mass melee, where allies would have become indistinguishable from the foe...had there only been more allies to keep track of. As Imogen leaned against his back, Calin shifted himself to keep between here and the oncoming Mandalorian's. He fired a few more shots, catching one Mandalorian in the neck and two others in the shoulder. They couldn't last much longer like this.

He felt Imogen pushing against him and he allowed himself to be moved, not quite knowing what she was planning but hoping that it was all for the best. She bent down, and Calin did his best to help disguise her from view with his large cloak. Out of the corner of his eye he saw her stripping a dead Mando of his datapad. A second later he felt something clip onto his belt as well as a brief kiss on the cheek. Under normal circumstances he would have reacted, but these were not normal circumstances. Too much was at risk, too much at stake. She moved to the side of him, firing a few shots before her lips brushed against his ear, whispering to him. So Cul needed that datapad, and it had just been entrusted to him. Certainly gave Calin motivation to not die.

"I will, rest assured."

He managed to say in reply, before she had fled, beginning to make her way to one of the numerous exits as quick as a flash. Calin knew that if Barrick saw her, he would pursue in a second, so as way of distraction, Calin fired several volleys towards him. Likely not the smartest decision he could ever make, but he made it not the less. Calin ducked under a slash from a vibroblade and stabbed another Mando in the neck as he attempted to make his way to Ra. He forced himself close enough to be able to whisper audibly to him, not wanting to risk any of the Mando's hearing him.

"Cul. I have what you need, she left it with me. They are overrunning us, we need to get out! I have a place, my haven, we can be safe there, for a time at least..."

As Barrick easily deflected her blaster fire and the bar began swarming with Kroots, Ar'alani aimed at the uncivilized creatures and fired. "I think getting out of here sounds like a good plan!" she seconded as the enemy numbers grew and grew.

Original Poster: Sirk'ruk

Sirk'ruk was off his perch almost immediately after pulling the trigger, but managed to see the mage turn and Sirk'ruks bullet vaporize in his magical sword of fire. Or perhaps not. Perhaps it was with his minds eye that he saw the two weapons meet, bullet and blade, the force-projected power of the shot bouncing harmlessly off of Barrick's defenses like a hammer off an anvil.

Slipping back into the writhing throng Sirk'ruk took a tab on his hunters. Nine were not accounted for, either outside or dead. Two other hunters were still in cover, while the remaining eighteen grappled wtih the iron-skinned Mandalorians. Most fights didn't appear to be going in the favor of the Kroot. One Kroot warrior had cleverly realized that though he couldn't puncture the armor that it was relatively weak at the joints, judging by how he tore his victims right arm off with relative ease. Another of the alien warriors wrestled his quarry to the ground when a second Widow rushed to assist, tearing the savage apart with blaster fire.

No matter where Sirk'ruk looked there were Kroot, mostly dying. Iron-hides and straightbacks fought their foes beastial strength with powerful magic. In a mad quest for glory, Sirk'ruk had lead his hunters to death. They wouldn't mind. They wouldn't be dissapointed in his failure to preserve their life. Preserving life is a job for a healer, not a hunter. He gave them what every hunted tries to givehis prey and packmates. He gave them a good death.

Advancing on an apparently preoccupied Widow, Sirk'ruk decided to turn to the buisnes of his own death. Breaking into a run he leapt at the Mandalorians exposed back, raising the butt of his rifle. He brought it down in an ark, blade falling towards the warriors shoulder. The force of an entire Kroots weight coming down on his shoulder brought the Widow to his knees. For Sirk'ruk it was a bitersweet victory, as the rear blade of his rifle bent itself against the mandalorian iron protecting the warriors collar. He made the best of it, kicking the Widow onto his face before dissapearing into the chaotic mass once more.

Without saying a word or wasting a second, Raphael grabbed the man's arm and flipped him onto the table, causing it to shatter. The Mandalorian was still alive, but by the element of surprise he was down. Raphael took otu his lightsaber, ignited it, and stabbed the soldier in the heart. He wasnt happy doing that especially not knowing where his distant cousin stood with the Mandalorians...but they started it.

That strike got the attention of what was left, but Raphael wasnt as quick to fight as the rest in the bar. Fighting and the willingness to end lives quickly only meant bad things for his family and he didnt want to continue that trend of falling to the dark quick and easy.

Original Poster: Ra Cul

Ra took careful not of where everyone was. He could hear Kherz calling to him. The situation did look bleak, but the sudden slaughter of the Kroot was proving a decent distraction. He spun his saber, and motioned to the others. "Down the hatch kiddos, all of you, swiftly now. Our distraction isn't going to last long."

Jesera dove past, giving him an odd look, as she dropped down behind the bar. She was very familiar with the name Cul, and his arrival here could not be coincidence. Not now.

Barrick pressed forward, cutting down Kroot and fleeing club goer alike. He remained focused on the fleeing band. "This is far from over Cul, Jesera. You'll never escape. I'll set the hounds on you!"

Ra shrugged, then dropped down through the hatch door, pausing only briefly to see who'd follow or not. Almost as an afterthought, he pulsed the emotions of trust, and companionship, towards the Kroot leader, as well as a desire to flee, as Barrick neared him.

The Widows had sealed the building now, and were pressing forward, slaying everything that wasn't one of them....

(Sorry so short.....writers block....but I couldn't leave it hanging any longer...)

Original Poster: Imogen Starcry

As Imogen walked, she could feel weariness beginning to settle within her body. Perhaps it was the long night working, or the fact she had had no sleep the night before while on the drug run with her brother...or maybe it was the fact that she was losing blood...maybe all those combined. Shaking it off though, she continued walking along before she finally had to pause to collect herself and her senses.

What had happened back there in the club? It was a bizarre way to start off the work week. Perhaps she should have tried to stay out of that situation more than what she had...

Sighing, she realized she was in it alittle more than what she had hoped to be. That could not be changed much now...

As she leaned no the alley wall behind her, thinking, she heard the sound of foot falls and gripped the blaster at her side tightly, waiting to see who it was. Her eyes narrowing on Adam's form as he came into view and she quickly raised her saber, unsure if this man was an ally or a foe.

Original Poster: Adam Vren

Adam was leaning against the wall of a building and breathing heavily, exhausted from the combat. Then he heard footsteps coming from further down the alley. It was a girl, her walking was sloe and deliberate, and her shoulder looked as if it had been injured. She raised her weapons in alarm. Adam decided against his better judgement that since she appeared to be injured he should help her and placed his weapons back in their respective holsers. Once finished he raised his hands. He made no move towards her and kept a sullen look on his face as he spoke, "You look injured, let me help you with that. I promise I won't hurt you, be you friend or foe it's not right to attack someone with an injury."

Adam waited where he was for a response with his hands in the air, facing her but constantly looking back in case an enemy came.

Original Poster: Sirk'ruk

"Over there! Savage!" "Blast 'im!" The words met Sirk'ruks ears, and a sudden eruption of blaster fire behind the Kroot hunter clarified their meaning. The crowd had thinned, robbing the Kroot hunters of their cover. Only three of the vicious aliens remained standing. After such heavy losses and only death on the horizon, Sirk'ruk decided it was time to do what all battle commanders hate to do. It was time to order a retreat.

Making a series of low whooping sounds Sirk'ruk leapt into the air, latching himself on to the opening of one of the air vents. With a quick tug the grate pulled free and Sirk'ruk dashed inside, on the way to freedom as the opening of the vent was slagged by Widow blasters.

It took a mere few seconds to reach the outer section of the club. The vents outer grate clattered to the ground in the dark alley. Instead of following it, Sirk'ruk sought safer territory. His wiery muscles propelled him into the air from the vents mouth, claws gripping the wall of the adjacent building as the Kroot began his ascent. Once he had a vantage point on the area he would wait. He would await the wizard. Why? He didn't know. The planet didn't advise it, but something else did, some prodding force in the back of the aliens mind. If there was anything Sirk'ruk trusted, it was his instincts, and his instincts told him the fiery-eyed wizard had answers of consiquence.

Original Poster: Calin Riegal

Just as Calin had both been thinking, the entire fight was going south with an almost absurd speed. He saw the hatch that Imogen had disappeared into, and he began to wonder whether they could all escape by the same means. The thought had been in his head for no more than a few seconds when Ra was already directing them down the hatch, away from what was fast becoming a maelstrom of blaster fire. He needed no further direction on what would be the wise course of action in this situation, and he began to work his way towards the cellar hatch.

Shoving the dagger back into its sheath, Calin attempted to clear a path for himself with his blaster. It worked to a point, and it worked to an extent. Charging for the small gap he had just made, Calin lowered his shoulder and hit one of the Mandos in the stomach, knocking him pack a pace and out of Calin's way. Without a backward glance he vaulted over the bar and back towards the hatch that Ra had pointed out. A thought occurred to him, and he voiced it to Cul.

"If you could find some way to keep this closed after we leave, I don't think any of us would oppose."

Without another word, Calin dropped himself down the hatch and began to make his way through the dark cellar of the bar. He followed a path that lead him through a set of cooling units, the blast of cold air feeling mildly refreshing after the heat of battle. He quickly passed through them and down an open grate, clearly blasted open by who he hoped was Imogen. He found himself in a dark alley beside the bar. They needed to move quickly if they didn't want to get caught in another firefight. He saw two figures in the distance, one of them clearly Imogen, the other, unknown to him. He sprinted the remaining distance to them, his blaster trained on this new arrival. His living on Coruscant had taught him that no one was to be trusted if you wanted to live. He addressed this man, unable to keep a hard edge from his voice.

"Who are you? What do you want? What business do you have on the streets of Coruscant outside a Widow infested bar no less?"

Original Poster: Kherzon Plunderr

Kherzon fought with the Kroot and the mandalorians. He even used them against each other. He didn't care for open melee such as this though. When he heard the talk of a hatch and a tiem to go, he knew the drill.

Kherzon dove over the counter into the bar just by the back room entrance. As he scrambled for the exit, he hear the sound of the bar creak as a large Kroot jumped onto the bar. He turned as it drooled down on top of him. He turned as it struck down at him. Had it been two inches closer, it would have gutted him. Luckily, it was only a deep scratch.

" AAHHHH! " he growled as he opened fire on it. He instantly realized his very immediately issue. The body was coming down right on top of him. He turned sideways as his wound screamed to his mind that he shouldn't do that. The Kroot body fell upoin teh ground barely msising Kherzon. He got up and ran for the back room.

Once there, he dropped down into the hatch. Once there he looked around as he scrambled within his pack for the wound sealant in the medpac. He kept on moving in the underbelly of the building as he took only a moment to spray his wound. He made his way and came upon others down here. He was feelign a bit better. He was now looking for Ra.

"Down the hatch kiddoes, all of you, swiftly now. Our distraction isn't going to last very long."

Ar'alani looked around to see what hatch he could be referring to. Finding it, be it on the other side of the room, Ar sprinted across the bar, jumping over tables and patrons alike. Her movement drew some fire from the Widows, but she just blasted right back, and with better aim than them. Using the back of a Kroot as a ramp, Ar'alani lept over the bar, straight down the hatch. Once in somewhat safety, Ar checked herself for injuries. A few scratches and one burn from a missed blaster hit were all the war wounds she had obtained, but now that her adrenaline wasn't rushing as much, she was starting to feel the pain.

Ra shrugged at Calin's comment of sealing the way behind them. "Hardly worth the effort. The time it would take to seal it, they'd blast through it with explosives. Better we make use of the time we've been given." Ra looked around. Not all of them seemed to have made it through. It was unavoidable. He could only hope that at least some of them would escape by other means.

He made his way out into the alley, taking note of the sounds from above. The Widows were making short work of the remaining Kroot. Barrick would not waste time. Whatever information the Jedi woman had, Barrick wanted silenced. And no doubt, the data pad contained more info than he'd want out loose also.

Ra glanced at his few companions, his fiery eyes clearly visible in the dim shadows of the alley. "Well, boys and girls, we're all now wanted. And the Widows tend to get their prey. Pretty much all the time. Luckily for us, it's a big world, and they don't have a fleet to attempt to contain us with. Anyone up for a short jaunt through the Undercity? It'll make our trail harder to follow, and if we survive that, I might just know a way offworld, and away from vengeful Mandos."

Ra turned his eyes to Imogen. "This exciting enough for you?

Original Poster: Imogen Starcry

Imogen sighed lightly at Adam's words and slowly she lowered her blaster once more to her side. He wasn't an enemy. Not like those aliens back in the bar. God, she was going to be out of a job, she thought to herself bitterly. Shaking it off for now though, she nodded to his offer of assistance. "Yeah...I suppose I am." It was only then that she cringed lightly, now thinking about the actual injury.

Why did injuries only hurt when you actually thought about them? A mystery of the galaxy, she noted and then her eyes went to the others as they were joined in the alley. Her brow perking at Calin's barrage of questions. Her eyes rolled skyward in a bit of annoyance until Ra also joined their small group.

He did have a point about them needing to vacant the area to avoid losing any sort of head ground that they had...but his last words sent her fuming. Forgetting her own injury, she drew back her fist and laid a square hit right into his jaw. Though it surely wasn't the worst knock he'd have ever had, she still delivered a mean hit for a girl and a nonsensitive.

"Exciting! You call that exciting!? We're lucky to be alive, you fool! And you! Dragging ME into this! GAH!" She threw her arms at her side in a movement like a child having a tantrum and then she went to Calin, not to attack him, but to retrieve the datapad that she had given him during the fray earlier to keep safe.

Once she'd ripped it rudely from his belt, she slapped the small device into Ra's chest, glaring up at him. "Take this damn thing!" She said sharply before she stepped away from him, eyes still narrowed on his blazing irises. "What's on it that is so important anyway?"

She had no real clue what all was going on and she was understandly frustrated over that. Not to mention she was tired and injuried, which made her temper steep just a little higher. He'd dragged her into this whole mess and damn if she was going to run for her life if she had no idea to the why or the how.
