The Mainer of the Random Button Posts: 327 Group: Global Moderators Member #19 Joined: Aug 12, 2008 Smash Main Random	Ok, playing through PoR for the first time and on the 3rd or 4th mission, Rhys died. Now, I absolutely hate it when my units die and whenever it happens I restart the whole mission, but Rhys is one of those characters that I don't use a lot. Just how ion trouble am I, in the long run and the short run, if I just forget about Rhys?

That's not counting sages with a proficiency with staves, but they're pretty weak as healers. You won't be totally screwed without Rhys, but he's also the only one in the game who can wield light magic, so you're missing out on the one magic that is neutral to all other magics. However, you won't be totally screwed. Mist joins you in Chapter 8, and she's a...pretty bad healer. Elincia also joins you, though she's not the juggernaut she was in RD. So, in short, you're down the game's best healer, but that's not super bad.

Good, I've never been to fond of characters who can't attack. Now the only thing that disappoints me is that I'm gonna miss everything in the storyline that Rhys would have said. Oh well.

Yeah, he's a really nice guy. Basically, he cries over Greil almost as much as Titania and Mist do. But still, really REALLY a nice guy.
