Up Taunt Tingle throws his hands into the air and yawns.
Down Taunt Tingle takes out a piece of parchment and a quill and creates a map in a split second. Afterwards, Tingle turns the front side of the map towards the screen and says "Yay!"
Side Taunt Tingle performs a dance reminiscent of the disco man standing in front of the grave stone at Windfall Island, saying "Koo-loo-limpah!".
Entrance Tingle appears out of an explosion of neon flowers similar to the ones featured as a random Assist Trophy effect in Brawl and says "Koo-loo-limpah!"
Kirby Hat Kirby obtains Tingle's hat, nose, and goatee.
Alternate Costumes (Does Not Include Basic Color Swaps) Tingle has a costume that makes every last one of his features a bit darker, making him resemble his Majora's Mask self a VERY tiny bit. Also, Tingle's purple, white, and light blue costumes resemble his siblings and... slave's uniforms (Ankle, Knuckle, and David Jr.).

Standard Special Rupee Throw: Tingle throws a random Rupee forward. There are five different colors of Rupees in Tingle's arsenal: Red, Blue, Yellow, Silver, and Green. Green Rupees deal 1% damage (3/10% chance), Red Rupees deal 5% damage (8/10% chance), Blue Rupees deal 10% damage (6/10% chance), Yellow Rupees deal 20% damage with a slightly higher knockback than the other Rupees listed before it (4/20% chance), and Silver Rupees deal 100% damage with a very high knockback (1/100% chance). If this attack is charged, each Rupee deals 5% more damage except for the Silver Rupee. Each Rupee also has different traits aside from amount of damage dealt. Green Rupees are thrown farther than any other Rupee, Red Rupees come in second in that manner, and so on. This is, once again, with the exception of the Silver Rupee. Silver Rupees are thrown as far as Green Rupees can be thrown. Once a Rupee hits something (the ground, a wall, an opponent, etc.), it will shatter into small pieces. There is a slight chance that Tingle may throw a regular item instead of a Rupee (3/100%).
Side Special Tingle Bomb: Tingle rolls a large, green bomb with his face embedded on it straight in front of himself. If anyone is hit by the bomb uncharged, they will be dealt 10% damage and light green confetti will pop out. If charged, the bomb will deal 20% damage with a firework appearing instead of confetti. At times, Tingle will suddenly pull out a Wind Waker-styled pig instead of a bomb. Though he will be slightly surprised, he will just shrug it off and send the pig off like a bomb. The pig deals only 5% damage, however, it will keep on rolling after hitting an opponent, making it so that it may be able to strike again before either disappearing or falling off a cliff.
Up Special Tingle Balloon: Tingle grabs a large red balloon out of his pocket, inflates it, and holds onto it as it lifts into the air. No one is damaged by this unless attack they pop it, which would deal 2% damage to Tingle and 6% damage to the 'popper'. The balloon is free to control, making it much like Pit's Up Special 'Wings of Icarus'.
Down Special Barkle: Tingle's pet dog Barkle appears and Tingle throws a bone forward. The dog will then chase after the bone, smacking into anyone in his way, dealing 8% damage.
Final Smash Rupee Canon: Tingle jumps into a giant Green Rupee... And then the top blows off of the Rupee, SHOOTING TINGLE INTO THE SKY WITH A BUNCH OF RUPEES. Each Rupee deals the same amount of damage they would in a Rupee Throw attack while Tingle deals 20% damage with high knockback.
Brief Info On Character Tingle is a 35-year old man, and still single! *sarcasm* He stands at about 2 and a half feet in height has a moderately sized black goatee, squinty eyes, a big red nose, is greedy, has an improper attraction to fairies (He thinks Link is one in some of the games), and loves to make maps and enslave people that look oddly the same to work for him on his personal Tingle Island! Who wouldn't want him? *sarcasm* Tingle almost always wears a green, too-small tunic that resembles Link's but... scarier, and wears a compass around his neck. The Tingle in Super Smash Bros. is the 'Wind Waker' version of Tingle, but with a few 'Freshly Picked: Tingle's Rosy Rupee Land'-based moves as well. Tingle started out as a map-maker in Majora's Mask, and soon ended up making appearances, or at least mentioned, in most of the later Legend of Zelda games as well, with the exception of Twilight Princess. He is extremely popular in Japan, and is 'okay' in Europe and Australia, but in North America... people just don't tend to like the little guy! --SHAME Tingle is also known for saying 'Koo-loo-limpah!', often with a hearty 'Tingle! Tingle!' beforehand.
Works The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, Freshly Picked: Tingle's Rosy Rupee Land
