Standard Special Tommy Blaster: Pinstripe pulls a very strange looking model of his signature tommy gun out of his suit. He then starts shooting rapidly, laughing as tiny laser blasts emerge from his weapon. Each blast comes out slightly slower than Fox's blaster, and deal 1-3% damage each. While most of these shots don't make enemies flinch, one in every five shots will be a tiny explosive bullet (modeled after a TNT Crate) that deals 8% damage, but moves at the speed of Wolf's blaster. Pinstripe can continuously fire his Tommy Gun if the player controlling him repeatedly presses the special move button. After enough shots, Pinstripe will put his weapon of choice away.
Side Special Explosion Kick: Pinstripe pulls a soccer ball-sized bomb out of his sleeves and drops it on the ground in front of him. Five seconds after it hits the ground, or if an attack connects with it, the bomb will explode. The bomb's blast radius is about the size of Bowser, and will deal 14% damage with great knockback to anyone who touches it. However, if Pinstripe presses the special move button within a second of dropping the bomb while still next to the bomb, he will kick it forward. The bomb rolls at about the speed of Yoshi's Egg Roll. Once the bomb hits another character, a wall, or a destructable item, it will explode, dealing the same amount of damage as if it detonated without moving. If Pinstripe is hit while he drops the bomb, it will explode on him, dealing 7% damage with minor knockback. Pinstripe can be harmed if his own bomb explodes on him when he drops it, but it will not hurt him after he kicks it.
Up Special Chain Whip: Pinstripe pulls a large metal chain out of his suit. He quickly throws it upward, trying to grab onto something. Pinstripe's chain is about the length of Zero Suit Samus's plasma whip. If Pinstripe touches the edge of a stage with his chain, he will grapple onto it. If Pinstripe touches an opponent with his chain, it will wrap around them. Pinstripe will then be pulled to their level, will take the chain back, and will be allowed an extra jump. If Pinstripe hits an opponent using this method, they will take 10% damage. Pinstripe cannot use his chain after wrapping it around one of his foes until he hits the ground again. This move has absolutely no knockback.
Down Special Class Act: Pinstripe suddenly rolls to the right. If no one hits him during this time, it is considered a normal rolling dodge. However, if someone tries to attack Pinstripe while he's rolling, Pinstripe will suddenly spring up behind them. He will then take out what appears to be a steel pipe and will bash his foe in the head with it. This attack deals damage equal to 1.5 times the damage that would've been inflicted on Pinstripe if his opponent's attack connected. This attack's knockback is half of the knockback that would've been inflicted on Pinstripe if his opponent's attack connected. After he bashes his opponent, Pinstripe puts his pipe away and moves on with his fighting. If Pinstripe KO's his opponent using this technique, he will begin walking away, whistling.
Final Smash The Hit: Pinstripe takes out a cell phone as he uses the power of the Smash Ball. Suddenly, a limmo pulls up in the foreground of the stage. A few shady figures walk out of it, and the limmo drives off. A few seconds later, several lab assistants in dapper black tuxedoes and black hats stroll onto the stage. They then quickly surround one of Pinstripes foes, and take out Tommy Blasters much like Pinstripe's. The assistants and Pinstripe then began rapidly blasting their helpless opponent. This attack can do anywhere from 40% to 80% damage. After about five seconds of blasting, Pinstripe will take out one of his bombs and toss it at his foe, doing an additional 10% damage with good knockback. After Pinstripe has finished, his boys will all disappear, and the Brawl will resume as normal.
Brief Info On Character Pinstripe Potoroo is one of Dr. Neo Cortex and Dr. Nitrus Brio's early experiments on N. Sanity Island. Originally just a normal Potoroo, Pinstripe was subjected to the effects of Cortex's Evolve-O Ray. Since Cortex had an abundance of large and strong or insane and mindless minions, he gave Pinstripe additional intelligents. Pinstripe has a 1930's Chicago-styled flare to him, calling Cortex "The Don of Doctors" and such. Pinstripe's signature weapon is his Tommy Gun, which he carries with him at nearly all times. He has a rough Itallian accent. Though Pinstripe can do good, he often only does so when it benefits him. For example, he stated that he would defeat Nitrus Oxide and save the world, but only "for a sizable fee". Pinstripe appeared in the original Crash Bandicoot at the fourth boss and the supervisor of Cortex's sanitation plant. Upon seeing Crash in his office, Pinstripe began rapidly shooting at the Bandicoot. However, he often wasted so much ammo that he constantly had to reload. Crash took this to his advantage and hit Potoroo every time he had to reload, ending in Pinstripe's defeat. At the end of the game, Pinstripe had begun dating Crash's old girlfriend.
