Origin Metal Gear Solid
Date of Origin September 3, 1998
Home Stages Outer Haven, Shadow Moses Island
Up Taunt Ocelot pulls out one of his Colt Single Action Army revolvers and comments, "...the greatest handgun ever made". He then slides it back into its holder.
Side Taunt Ocelot takes out both of his revolvers and begins spinning them. Ocelot's signature revolving can be prolonged by holding the taunt button, at which point Ocelot may start juggling his revolvers in addition to the spinning. If Ocelot is spinning his revolvers while a physical projectile (such as Razor Leaf, a grenade, a throwing item, etc) is about to come into contact with him, he will deflect it in a random direction.
Down Taunt Ocelot holds his right hand in pain for a moment. During this time, he will laugh exactly like Liquid Snake. After he finishes laughing, Ocelot will resume the battle normally.
Entrance Ocelot simply walks onto the stage from the side, clapping his hands. At the "1" count, he points his Single Action Army toward the camera and exclaimes, "Draw"!
Kirby Hat Kirby gains Ocelot's hair and spurs. There is a one-in-100 chance that, instead of Ocelot's hair, Kirby will wear a red barret and cowboy spurs.

Standard Special Single Action Army: Revolver Ocelot takes out his signature Colt Single Action Army revolvers. He then fires one bullet from each straight forward. The bullets move only slightly slower than Fox's blaster shots, and deal 3% damage each (6% if both bullets hit) with minor knockback. Ocelot's shots cannot be deflected with Mario's Cape, as they just tear right through it. Ocelot can continually fire bullets by repeatedly hitting the special moves button. After the first shot, Ocelot can control his shots by tilting the control stick up or down and firing his shots accordingly in a diagonal direction. However, while firing, Ocelot cannot turn around. Ocelot's bullets can normally only be removed from the stage if they either fly off of the stage or hit one of Revolver's targets. However, if one of Ocelot's bullets hits a platform, container, Mr. Saturn, Bob-omb, Green Shell, Freezie, Hothead, Spring, Banana Peel, active Motion Sensor Bomb Smash Ball, opponents' Pokemon or Assist Trophy, opponents' physical projectile (such as Waddle Dee or Samus's Missiles), wall, stage hazard, or destructable floor, the bullet will ricochet off the object toward Ocelot's nearest opponent. If a single bullet ricochets off of seven objects, it will simply drop to the ground and disappear. Ocelot can shoot his revolvers a maximum of six times (twelve bullets) before being forced reload. It takes Ocelot two seconds to reload twelve bullets, during which time he can't launch any attacks. Ocelot will automatically reload after this attack stops, though the more bullets he has left, the less time it will take to reload. There is a one-in-twelve chance that Ocelot's bullets will get lodged into the skin of his opponents, steadily doing 2% damage per second. The bullet can be removed by running it off, much like the flower from Lip's Stick.
Side Special Portable Torture: Ocelot quickly whips out a tiny device that appears to look like his torture table from Metal Gear Solid. Ocelot throws the unit forward like any other thrown item. If Ocelot's machine does not make contact with an opponent, it will explode upon impact with the ground. Anyone hit by the exploding device, including Ocelot, will take 8% damage with decent knockback. However, if Ocelot's mechanism does make contact with an opponent, it will immediately strap onto their backs. The next time Revolver Ocelot's side special is used, he will instead pull out a remote-control with a red button on it. He will then press the button, sending a painful (and visible) electric current through his opponent's body. Ocelot's torture victim will take 6% damage per second they are being electrocuted. Electrocuted victims will be able to move, attack and jump, though movement speed, dealt damage, and jumping height will be reduced by half during this time. Ocelot can torment his victim for up to five seconds by holding down the Special Moves Button. However, Ocelot is immobile and open for attack during this time. It takes Ocelot one second at the end of his torture session to put his remote control away. After the torture session ends, Ocelot's device will fall to the ground, deactivated. It can then be used as a throwing item, able to do 10% damage when thrown with the knockback of a thrown Beam Sword. Amusingly, a character's skeleton can occasionally be seen while under electric shock. If a character takes over 100% damage while being tortured, after deactivating it, Ocelot will remark, "a lesser man/woman would've died by now".
Up Special Flying Platform: Revolver Ocelot lives up to his namesake and gives a cat-like growl. Suddenly, a circa 1964 flying platform appears underneath Ocelot and begins lifting him up. The platform acts much like Snake's Cypher in both distance traveled upward and steering. However, Ocelot is guarded from the front by a shield on the platform. An opponent that attacks this shield will deal no damage to Ocelot, will not cause him to flinch, and will not cancel his ascension. Pikachu's Thunder Jolt will crawl along the flying platform and hit Ocelot, knocking him off. In addition, Ocelot is not guarded from behind, and any attack he takes from behind will knock him off of his platform and deal full damage. Ocelot can also shoot his Single Action Army from atop the Flying Platform, though his shots will be less accurate and he can only fire with one revolver at a time. Unlike the Cypher, Ocelot cannot jump off of the Flying Platform at any time. After he reaches maximum height, or is knocked off of his platform, Ocelot will fall to the ground (however, "free fall" status will not be active, so Ocelot can still use aerial attacks). After he is knocked off, his platform will fly away to the top of the stage. Anyone hit by the platform will take 9% damage with minor knockback.
Down Special Ammo Swap: Ocelot spins the barrels of his revolver on his right-hand side. In the blink of an eye, he inserts a round of tranquilizer darts, instead of his normal bullets, into his Single Action Army. From now on, when Ocelot uses his Single Action Army special attack, he will fire these darts, with distinct differences from the regular version. First of all, Ocelot can only fire darts from the right-hand revolver. Second, each dart, when fired in succession, is fired one and a half seconds after the last. Third, each dart moves toward its victim at the speed of Falco's blaster rather than Fox's, and can be reflected by all means. Finally, the darts cannot ricochet off of objects and will simply disappear is they make contact with anything. Other than the previously-listed differences, each dart deals only 1% damage upon impact with an opponent. However, if the dart hits Ocelot's foe's body, their movements will becomed slowed, as if under the effect of a slightly less-efficient timer. This tranquilizing effect lasts for about 2-7 seconds, depending how close to his foe's chest he hit, with closer hits equating to more seconds. However, if Ocelot hits his opponent in the head, they will fall asleep for ten seconds. Unless listed otherwise, all effects of the regular Single Action Army attack apply. By using this move a second time, Ocelot may return the regular bullets to his Single Action Army.
Final Smash Ultimate Weapon: Ocelot gives off a sharp laugh and remarks, "You're pretty good". Suddenly, a large object will appear in the background. What the object is depends on Ocelot's damage percentage, and thus, the effects of his Final Smash. Ocelot is invincible while using all of his Final Smash variations, with the exception of the GW System. 0-25%: GW System: At low percentages, Ocelot brings out the GW system, the main processing system of Arsenal Gear. While it is active, Ocelot causes various effects to occur on the stage. For example, controls might be reversed, opponents might be forced to taunt repeatedly, grenades may fall from the sky, opponents may be put to sleep, Ocelot may grow giant, Ocelot's foes may shrink down, or Ocelot could slow time for his opponents. The GW system itself does not deal any damage. Instead, Ocelot is free to roam the stage for the 10 seconds it is active to unleash whatever attacks he wishes on his helpless opponents. Ocelot is not harmed if grenades fall from the sky, though he can be harmed by his opponents' attacks. After about ten seconds, the GW shuts down and Ocelot's Final Smash ends. 25-50%: Shagohod: After sustaining a good amount of damage, Ocelot will summon the Shagohod to the background of the stage. Ocelot will then jump into the background and board the nuclear-equipped tank. The Shagohod is about the size of the Yoshi's Island Brawl stage. The Shagohod has two forms of attack. By pressing the standard moves button, the Shagohod will turn toward the nearest opponent and ram into them with its drill-like treads. The treads are about the size of Bowser and do 20% damage with each successful hit. However, the treads have pretty minor knockback. Treads cannot be countered by Ike or Marth's counter, but can be avoided by sidestep dodge or Lucario's Double Team. The Shagohod's other form of attack, used by pressing the special moves button button, is to launch missiles from its large turret mount. These missiles launch in the background and come down from the top of the stage. They then speed toward the nearest target at about Sonic's running speed. Each missile explodes when it comes in contact with a container, solid section of the stage, or character. It leaves an explosion about the size of Giga Bowser and deals 35% damage to anyone caught in it. Missiles also have an extremely high knockback. However, Ocelot can only launch one missile every five seconds. After ten seconds of destruction, the Shagohod is struck by lightning for some odd reason and deactivated. Ocelot, completely unharmed, returns to the stage via his flying platform. 50-100%: Metal Gear RAY: When Ocelot is weakened decently, he summons Metal Gear RAY to the back of the stage. Ocelot quickly boards the monsterous Metal Gear and causes it to roar. Metal Gear RAY automatically fires four small missiles from its back every five seconds. The missiles home in on whatever foe has the least damage. The missiles leave an explosion the size of King Dedede and deal 15% damage. Though one particular foe can only be caught in a single round of missiles, other opponents can be caught in the remaining three. The missiles, other than what's specified above, share similar properties to the Shagohod's missiles. However, the main form of attack from Metal Gear RAY is its high-powered water cannon. Ocelot can turn RAY in any direction while in the background, a bit like Lucario's Aura Storm in terms of control and speed of turning. By pressing the standard moves button, Ocelot will unleash the water cannon. The water stream is about the size of Pikachu's Thunder, though more straight. Anyone hit by the water cannon will take 40% damage and will be launched very far. Ocelot has 15 seconds in Metal Gear RAY before he ejects from it and returns to the regular battle. Over 100%: Metal Gear REX:When Ocelot is dangerously close to defeat, he brings out Metal Gear REX to the background. REX is the only cinnematic Final Smash of Ocelot's, and the most devastating. Ocelot boards the Metal Gear and unleashes its nuclear weapons system. First, Ocelot unleashes a simple blast from REX's laser cannon, dealing 20% damage to all of his opponents. Finally, the screen closes it to a laughing Ocelot's face as he says, "Goodbye!". At that time, REX unleashes a nuclear blast onto the stage, destroying every single one of his foes, reguardless of their damage percentages. However, the stage remains intact. After this attack, Ocelot escapes from the nearly-destroyed REX unit and goes back to the stage. REX is the most difficult Final Smash for Ocelot to activate, as he requires two seconds to summon the most powerful Metal Gear, as the rest of his weapons he can use at an instant.
Brief Information Revolver Ocelot , also known as ADAM , Adamska , General Ivan , Shalashaska or simply Ocelot , is a former FOXHOUND agent and mercenary. A master of interrogations and a formidable gunfighter who is often referred to as a "ricochet genius", Ocelot is best known as the former right-hand man of the FOXHOUND commander Liquid Snake during the Shadow Moses island incident. Ironically, Ocelot ended up being possessed by Liquid Snake's mind for a short amount of time when he grafted Liquid's right arm in place of his after losing his own during the Shadow Moses incident. Ocelot is known for his affinity for spaghetti westerns, as evidenced by his choice weapon and his clothing, duster and spurs, the traditional garb of cowboys. Like Snake, Ocelot can activate codec conversations on Outer Haven and Shadow Moses Island by quick taunting. If Ocelot activates a codec conversation on Shadow Moses, he will contact Liquid Snake, Sniper Wolf, Vulcan Raven, or a strange being he only calls "Mr. President". On Outer Haven, Ocelot will contact Screaming Mantis, Vamp, or a version of Big Boss made by the GW system.
