Info On Item Or Weapon It's a silver coin with a heart on a face and a skull on the other one.
Description Of How It's Used Once thrown on the ground it's starts spinning and after few seconds it stops with a face or the other forward the camera. If it's the heart face everyone's damagemater drops to 0%. If it's the skull face everyone's damagemeter rises to 300%.
