All of the sudden, someone burst into the room. While he looked younger than when he was last encountered, Bowser and Gannon recognized the all blue human body. The being known as Taboo walked to an empty chair and sat in it, silent.

[Taboo, I'm going to ignore you as you have yet to be decided on. In simpler words: rule= you must have beaten at least one game that the character is in. I don't believe that you've played SSBB]

"You all seem to be pretty generous." The demon had a disappointed look in his eyes. "Truly, death will be permanent, but it is far too gentle a way to treat traitors. If they will not be punished and put through torture for their crimes, then they simply won't care. They'll feel as though the worst betrayal will get them is onto whatever next life there is. But keep them alive, and we can put them through a living hell."

"If that is what you wish, then why not turn them in for their bounty? i'm sure ther hero's way of punishment, while not as painful, would be much more crule in the mental sense." stated the Overlord.

"and we get money to boot. useful to the end." added Gnarl

"I would normally be inclined to support this last suggestion," Doc Ock chimed in. "As I have stated before, money makes even the Macroverse go 'round, and sufficient funding is no doubt essential for our lofty ambitions of conquest.

"However," he continued, "I hesitate to support it in earnest, for a very important reason: They may use them against us. Any members we give to them could be interrogated. They could learn our plans, our strengths, our inner workings, anything that is known by whatever traitor we give them. For this reason, I must advise against this course of action."

"I agree, Let's just torture our catches of the day, and kill them the moment we get something out of them or after we get a ransom from the person in general." Pram said in a gleeful tone that made it difficult to figure it out.

{Ganondorf, this post is directed to you in the case if the post you made.}

"Turning traitors in would be a horrible idea, as previously stated. And torture is not a great idea either. What if said person is able to escape during torture sessions? The traitor should be killed the instance his betrayal is revealed."

<The punishment of traitors has been firmly established, so if we can kindly move on? Even as we speak, our enemies are preparing themselves, and at this pace we are only likely to leave this meeting with a very extensive guide on how to handle treasoners. A very bad situation indeed...

And so, I propose two displays be kept up at all time. One would show a display on all planets the Legion holds and the activities on other planets as we are aware. Such would help us to both plan attacks on vulurable worlds and to keep notes on worlds to be avoided as well.

The other should be a projects board. Plans for starships are proposed, with a set date as to their construction, and over that time, credits and resources are all pooled into the construction. When the craft is built, it would then be assigned to either a certain genearl, to the defense of certain planets, or other things as nessacary. This would also be used to fund defensive systems for planets, to research and attempt to create new units or equipment for soldiers, and in general things that would benefit the Legion. If at any time, the date of construction has arrived and there are insufficient credits for a project's completion, it would of course have to be canceled or postponed, depending, and the money would have to go somewhere else.> The Mother Brain was silent for a short time after this, as she allowed those present to comprehend the suggestion, process it.

<Unless you'd rather our entire war plan to be based upon the punishment of treasoners, as that certainly is more a critical part of warfare than destroying our foes.> The voice was monotonous and emotionless like usuall, but to all present the sarcasm was obvious.

"Apparantly, you have not noticed that treasoners are foes. It is ironic, having a large brain not knowing that."

Omega shot some sarcasm back, then stated:

"It is important for us to work out internal matters before we focus on external ones, brain. For if we do not have enough structure within our organization, how can we fight our enemies?"

Jack: "Let's not stray off topic again... Well it easy to kill them, but if they did prove useful, it would hurt us to kill them so instead of having prisoners here we should have them on a planet to make them wait trail. Then we decide their punishment from there. Of course a well-hidden dead planet would work well. Let them rot a while, torchur them a bit, or simply forget them. My favorite is the torment, make know the end is near, but make them wish it as well. Then after a while of agony kill them slowly, the Dead Planet just keeps it away from any one from busting a prisoner out, and for Doctor Octopus not to worry about our plans reviled if we so chose to let the prisoner go."

Pram simply shruged, her eyes focusing on MB, then E-123, then Jack of Blades. then stated in a more subtle tone. "Let us just continue our meeting, otherwise we'll be getting nowhere faster than Overlord Zetta on crack." Pram chortled at her own joke.
