Right. Legato reads minds. I'll take more caution next time. "Well, it seems that we're all in agreement on this. It will be established as part of our code along with the betrayal system. Now that I think about it, we seemed to not have settled that completely. We were interrupted by many newcomers. So, we were speaking of the punishment for betrayal. It was along the lines of the leader receives punishment, and the mindless followers receive partial punishment for that. Now it needs some work. Let's hear some other ideas." [Took us long enough to get to something worthwhile.] |

[Hey, we villains are imperfect. Give us time :P] "I believe that the followers of the leader should be witnesses to the punishment that their temporary leader receives. It might make the followers fear receiving the same punishment." |

<Level of punishment for the followers depend upon what kind of command their leader has over them. Creatures with a free will would recieve a greater level of punishment than those who are simply robots, mechanical or otherwise.> For the first time in a long while, the Mother Brain spoke up, in the way she did. <Punishment itself would vary, depending upon the crime and the individual, as one set method would always prove to be useless against someone. It is quite difficult to behead a creature without a neck, or to electrocute a being who absorbs electricity.> A slight quiver from the Brain signified that line of thought was over, as the eye was closed, weather to think of another matter needed or to check on pirate activities elsewhere, it was uncertain... |

"Petey actually has a question to ask!" The Plant shouted to everyone in the room as he jumped up and down, several earth shaking movements followed. Petey paused for a moment to let everyone get his attention. "Petey knows that Petey isn't the smartest thing in this room...but what if one of those Vanguards, Steel Claw, or one of the Thieves decided to join us? What would we do to them?" |

Jack: "Good question, we'll we shouldn't just have them join right away. They should prove themsleves... but let's go back to the topic at hand. The Female Brain has the best Idea so far. So to start off anyone who kills another member should be sent to death, "Eye for an eye." For murder anyway." |

[I apologize for not posting in the past few days, but I've been busy and haven't found the time to write until now.] "Yay.", Vader simply said, as he nodded his head, agreeing with the proposed replacement law. He intently listened to Ganondorf announcing the next topic of discussion, and heard what the robot and brain had to say. Suddenly, the giant plant interrupted. "In the case of which you have stated, 'Petey', We must be wary of those coming from other factions, for we do not know if their intentions are true, cloudy, or outright against us. It would seem as though the loyalty, of the one who wishes to join our Legion from another faction, should be secretly tested, must prove their worth, and must be deemed worthy of joining, as Jack has suggested. And even then, we must remain wary of them, for we do not know when they could return to their old ways, or if they are a true master of deceiving and have had intentions of destroying us all along.", The Dark Lord explained to Petey, and to the others in the room. "The brain has quite a point, and seems as though it is nearly flawless. Although I suggest that any punishment for a direct betrayal should be incredibly harsh, depending upon the weaknesses and strengths of the individual, as to deliver a message to all the others who have contemplated betrayal themselves. For betrayal is the ultimate crime to commit against any organization, group, or person. Even the smallest betrayal could led to the utter destruction of this Legion that we are striving to create and uphold. As for other major crimes, the guilty should be put on trial, and punishment should be decided by a certain amount of individuals. When it comes to minor crimes, such as beginning feuds between members of the Legion, they should receive a simple punishment, such as certain rights to be taken from them, to serve as a warning. Then for a second minor offense, the punishment should be dealt with in the way that seems to fit the situation. Crimes that do not fall into the category of minor or major, such as failing to comply with an order from a superior officer, the crime should be dealt with in the way that a superior officer sees fit.", He said as he pushed a few buttons and twisted a few dials on his belt and chest panel. "Once this point has been concluded, I would like to propose a few ideas, my Lord.", Vader announced to Ganondorf with a slight nod of the head. |

Ganon nods along with the conversation. "Brain, Vader, you both have excellent ideas that we would likely instate. And of course Vader, you will have that time. Now for you...Petey? If the Vanguards or their allies try to join us; they will be imprisoned immediately upon recognition, to be followed by interrogation. If they deceive their way in then we will have a security issue to look after as well. If the thieves try to join, then we shall simply watch them and make sure they behave." [As for the claw. We'll decide on that when we learn about their existence.] |

Phase I: The Terror Of Death

[useing wrong alt again... sorry.] "I think we should have a court system installed in the case of Vader's idea, Ganon." Pram said in a tone that was calm indeed. "as is the case in petey's idea, which you brought up already, would pose a minor problem if it happened." In the case of being silent during the whole ordeal she would simply nod her head and then continue listening to the general conversations. "However I'm not sure about peoplein the other factions, the theives would just have to behave themselves in general, period." |

A slight chuckle was audible from the corner of the room. Seated across from the white-coated man, keeping itself as far from the light as possible, was a rotund figure, engulfing the chair within its mass. Clutching a spoon between four fat fingers, the being delivered a pool of jelly to its mouth, careful to avoid making a mess within the long orange mustache extending from the upper lip. Bright red lips caressed the contours of the utensil, finally releasing it from its captivity and dropping it upon the empty plate with a bright clink. The floor trembled as the mass arose from its seat, the iron bars squealing from the release in tension. Finally, with determined steps, the figure stepped into the light, the glint shining off his left arm, fully encased in metal. Crimson was splashed across the round figure's body, encompassing his uniform, his facial hair, his eyes...if not for the other villains in the room, this man would have portrayed hatred to its fullest intensity. As he stepped forth into the centre of the area, he held his hands before him and spoke, "I've been listening to this whole conversation, never ignoring a single syllable. I know I don't have much say, my dear sir Ganon, but I would like to contribute my services and thoughts while we try to find a way to return me back to my own world." He swiftly pivoted on a single foot, his cape flowing intensely in the gust caused. Slowly encroaching upon the Mother Brain, the thick man turned his head towards nobody in particular and continued on, "Now, while I agree wholly on the issue of command, I must say that your thoughts on punishments are rather...amusing. Now, while I think Vader is spot on with a system of law, I find his views on traitors rather bemusing." He stood awhile and snorted, rather agitated by the estranged ideas that came from the mouths of those before him. "I've only been a week from Mobius Prime," he reminded, "But from what I hear about the Sith, many of you don't exactly have a clean record." Extending a metallic finger, the man tapped upon the glass encasing the Mother Brain within. "And I'm quite sure that a computer like you would admire the prospects of giving stricter punishments to us more mortal men. If I ordered a handful of machines to open fire upon civilians, would it warrant more action than you, or your general, to offer the same situation? And as for you," he addressed the masked man, "Eye for an eye only serves to weaken the ranks doubly. As Warlord to my liege, I understand the effects of removing a general from leadership. Instead I propose," he stated, letting his words drag on in mischievous intonation, "That any traitors have their free will taken from them, through a complete and thorough Roboticization process. That is, to use my technology for much more different purposes than physical health, instead transforming the whole body into a programmable intelligence core." A grin came across the man's face, his mustache becoming vivid as his muscles flexed, twitched. He began striding towards his seat, prepared to let the subjects brought to light dwell upon the minds of those contributing to discussion. Luckily, he thought, those who knew how he was there were only told a smidgen of truth. Of course he was Warlord of Mobius Prime, Julian thought to himself, but Ganon wouldn't know how he overthrew the very kingdom he preserved, either. Though he doubted that even a sorcerer of his caliber could help him return to the Mobius of his own universe rather than this "multiverse's" version, Julian was assured that this Legion would gain power to rule over this dimension within due time...and by then, he would be prepared to overthrow them. |

There was something odd about this man... Omega couldn't put his finger on it until after a few seconds. This person had to be the version of Dr. Eggman from another dimension. I recognized the mustache... However, Omega agreed with him on the stronger punishments issue. So, he decided to speak up. "At least I am not the only one who thinks that stronger punishments are in order for traitors." |
