Jack thought awhile, one one hand he could win the vote easy if he played his cards right, some Jack could do well. On the other hand Jack couldn't really count on all four dying besides what was the suuden rush of deside the Military leaders Jack, and others were suddenly to suddenly lead the entire legion. Jack: "As nice as replacement that sounds. I have to vote Nay... I belive replacement would be a nice Idea for a foolish or dead leader, however I suggest we don't just take the Millatary leaders so quickly. No I think that the leadership should be earned fristed those that porve them selves acpectable leaders to our current leader and if there more then one, witch thier should be. Then we vote on the one who seem as the leader to our liking. Yet let's not worry about our Divine Leader is killed off so quickly, I say we use your Idea on the Army Leaders as well, they are most likey to fall in battle frist, or make a major mastike, which could cost us a great deal, but I'm not saying that any of us would fail so badly, however many of us do get eragent and careless sometimes, however our leader is most likely the one we should most likly trust, he is the one who could lead us to what we all want til his death, or if he fails to do so. I'll put some trust in Ganon so long as he'll help me gain power. As he would trust one of us the same way, if it was he who had to fallow orders..." Jack let it sink in everyone, then spoke again. Jack: "Ganon made it clear that we all failed alone, no one has yet to say otherwise, however if some higher ranking member is to be made leader in Ganon's steed, let it be the choise of the everyone, not just desided by rank. Now we should have laws to rat out those who don't belong, and punish any one who thinks they are above the higher Ranking Members, I say attacking other members for poor or no reson should be punished, the fist time well let' them cool off in thier quarters, but second vilation would be a few days in the slamer, third time should be extened Brige time, and a droped rank. A Fourth would be the final staw, they would be kicked out of the legion. To harsh fix it as you please. That my Idea of a law." |

"I have to agree with him. I also suggest that we avoid attacking citizens under each other's's rule. The main form of control we have is to instill fear into the hearts of others, but if they think we'll cause them harm regardless of how they act, they'll only become more desperate to be rid of us." "Places that are taken control of during wartime are like powder kegs. A single spark could set off a rebellion and as vast as our forces are, a planet-wide rebellion would be difficult to quell and taxing on our resources." Hawke paused to organize his thoughts, before continuing. "Furthermore, I believe a general who takes control of a territory and holds that control should given a bit more power then normal as a reward. Greed is a powerful form of motivation." "On top of that, while this should go without saying, any attempts to undermine a fellow member's control of a territory or to sabotage their attempts to gain control of something in the name of the Legion should be considered a serious offence." Hawke remains calm and level during all of his suggestions, showing no signs of emotion. He sits back down in his seat, silently listening to the conversation again. |

"Too harsh? It sounds quite the opposite to me. If a member attacks another member without a sufficient reason, I personally think that they should recieve more punishment than a little time to calm themselves in their quarters. After all, if one feels like they can get away with something due to a lax punishment, do you not think that they will try to get away with it because they are not afraid of being punished? I personally do not think that such light punishments should be instated." After saying this, Omega continued: "However, I do agree with you, Jack, on the leadership replacement issue." EDIT: [Arghnihudhajn!!! Wrong account. >:P] |

Life is a painful existence. Let me stop your hurt.

Legato had been listening to the conversations, and also listening to the thoughts of the speakers. He noted who were least trustworthy, and also those who he saw were wise, and therefore, should be held as a potential threat. Without voting on the previously proposed system of leadership replacement, Legato added his own idea, "Perhaps you may not have thought too hard on that replacement system, as all it does is shift power and responsibility from a high officer to a lower one, allowing for power to be easily taken through assassination." At that, Legato flashed a harsh glance at Jack, and resumed speaking, "Also, for a 'Master of War' to become the 'Supreme Leader' or whatever it's called is foolish. Why should a man that was put in his position for being able to handle the affairs of soldiers and battles so masterfully be taken out of that role to handle matters that he may not be as well suited for? Instead, should a powerful position become vacant, there should be a number of factors used in determining the new replacement. First, the man in the position should create a list of three to five individuals that they deem worthy of the position. Next, the remaining high officers should weed from the list those they think incompetent. Finally, the list should be placed before the remaining members for a vote. Members should be given three days to vote, as we cannot have a hole in the legion's forces at such a high level for too long now can we?" Legato took time to pause and examine the reactions of the members around him. He didn't have time to check everyone, and so he continued, "Whether this vote should allow write-in votes can be up to you, as it makes no difference to me." |

Phase I: The Terror Of Death

Pram ignored all, and simply chuckled. "I also agree with this. However, what we need in the case of invading Vanguard controled territories, is a weapon that is strong enough to decimate our enemies in one fell swoop." Pram said, her eyes still shining with that same malice when Petey so conveniently interviened. "I have sent my Dark Avatar Squadren to get the blueprints from my Netherworld, which is orbiting this planet as a satelite, for such a weapon, and My goal is to try to make that weapon useable to all once mass produced." She turned to Wario. "And that weapon I mentioned will make that 'popgun' of yours, obsolete." she turned away to face the gerudo in charge. [crap. wrong alt again. Jack:"Well it seems some have been listioning afther all. Legato three days would be a good limet for the votes. Yes it would anoying for the one we placed in charge of that job, was poor at it, but what factors should they be placed on." To Omaga: "Well it would be a guess that the man/woman was just angery at frist, and need to relax before we actually asume he was attacking us at sight. but it is too weak of an law we could add to it and replace some things. I'll take the third pentaly and add a beating to put him/ or her in place, before we send him to the brige for extra Jail time. Is it starting to sound better?" |

The Overlord did not seem at all happy, Although his helmet hid that fact. He realize that his idea of leader replacment was flawed, so much was Jack's idea as well. The Overlord was going to point that out. "Jack," started the Overlord " although i respect your opinion, my idea is based on experiance, were as yours is more in tone with a high school popularity contest. and under your idea, a person who is popular with the other generals can just as easily try to assassinate the Leader in order to take his/her place. Also, i believe a fine is a better way to punish someone rather than 'time outs'." |

Petey relucantly rose his leaf hand as he spoke again. "Not to take attention away from you guys...but Petey likes the shiny man's idea. Us guys should have a backup for many positions just in case one of us guys is hurt." |

Omega nodded at Jack's most recent question. "Affirmative. Weak laws lead to a weak organization." |
