The soldier bolted from his seat, now standing fully upright. His face giving off a forced smile, eyes exuding terror, he began in his natural voice, "You didn't think I'd leave the conversation entirely did you? I told you that specifics couldn't be tampered with until we knew each other better. If you must carry on with this, then I believe I should volunteer as the spy. Having the ability to read a man's brain like a novel and control their mind like a toy has its merits in doing such a task. Just leave that to me. I've already uploaded all the things you should know about me into the computer, so I've little left to entertain myself with than eves drop on your trivial chatter." With that, the man snapped to. Visible drops of sweat began to bead up on his face until they ran down to his chin. His heavy breathing stopped abruptly as he collapsed on the floor, most likely due to the trauma of the whole ordeal.

Jack called for a medic to help...
Jack: "It looks like your in no curent condision to be doing anything for now."
*to the medic* "Let the doctors take a look at him, now before he dies there!"
Jack contenues with his Idea.
Jack: "As I said... I volunteer to be the spy, I have away of not being seen and to wacth what someone is doing unnoticed, that I belives gives us the oppatunatie to set a trap, and to tell what plans or foes have the videl thing to being a spy If I'm not mastakin. However I'm a muiti tasker I could do a veriade of things, so it's no loss if you have someone esle in mind."

The door creaked open while Jack was still in mid sentence. Legato walked to his seat at a leisurely pace; he paid no mind to the man lying on the floor being attended by the doctors. Sitting down, he cast his golden gaze at Jack briefly. He then turned to face Ganon, who was supposedly presiding over the meeting and would have had final say on the matter.

It then struck Legato how fatigued he had become from using his abilities. Such a display was but a sample of what he could do, yet he had noticed that by scanning the minds of all the people in the room, coupled with controlling that guard, he had exerted more energy than he normally would have to control a small town. This troubled Legato, as he was so used to freely using his powers at a whim, finding the power over death so intoxicating, yet here he was limited. Perhaps not so limited to be weak, but a notable decline could be felt. In pondering this, he came to the conclusion that he'd simply train his mind and discipline his thoughts to give him the stamina he once had.

Giving his mind rest, he focused his ears upon what was being said, only peering into the minds of those who he assumed would have the most interesting responses. As Jack finished speaking, Legato looked upon the faces around him and stated, "For those of you who don't know, my name is Legato Bluesummers. My apologies for not giving my name earlier, I simply figured all it would do would be to set the conversation off topic again, but after figuring out who each of you are, I see that such deviation is unavoidable." Looking around to see the reactions to his words, he pressed on, "So if you feel pressed to show everyone else who you are, I'll be sure to watch quietly and not spoil your fun."

Giving off a curt huff, he settled into his seat and began to eat the small portion of food that was placed before him.

Ganon smiles as the medic takes the guard away, and Legato walks in.

"I believe both you, and the one who took over his mind," Ganon jerks his thumb at the man being carried out the door, then indicates Legato, "You I presume, would be suitable for a spy. It's not like we can only have one spy. The more we can learn about our enemies, the better off we'll be."

He listens to Legato's comment. "You can read minds eh?" He chuckles to himself. I'd advise him to take care to tread in my mind, but if what he says is true, then he'd hear it himself.

As Jack finished, a dragon-like sillouette emerged from the shadows in the far corner of the room; so large, and so menacing, that it was a wonder that it had gone unnoticed up until that point. It brought itself down onto four feet, from the sitting position that it appeared in (standing would only cause its head to hit the ceiling), and put its large maw in front of Jack of Blade's face -- big enough to devour him in a single bite -- as it spoke an unintelligable language that was translated in a fasion similar to Mother Brain's own speech; albiet through a singular speaker fixated into it's mechanical body. Crudely translated from the space pirate language, its voice rang out through the silence.

< What proof do you have that these people you point out are capable of leading armies of unimaginable maginitudes that would surely come to be with our combined forces gathering in a single area? Surely, off the top of your head, you do not know how how great they are, and certainly cannot predict whether they would be a good leader or not. I propose that anyone willing to uphold the honor of "master of war" prepare to show exactly how their promotion to this position would benefit this organization, and also show their abilities in commanding armies by reflecting on past battles. Only then can we fully determine the true "master of war" in this legion. >

Finishing, Ridley brought his body back, to glance about the room, his robotic eyes, glowing a golden hue, resting upon the crowd.

< What say you? >

Jack was angery how this dragon-like manchine tried to make him look like an fool in front of everyone even though he was right.
Jack: "You sounds as if you want the job... well parden me for saggesting to get an complety Orgaized Army, as eraly as oposeable. However, thier not my best friends in the world, or someone I meat sometime ago. They just seemed the the more war experinced here. If Ganon desides to wait fine. Ohterwise you should just say you would like to valinter."

Ridley slammed a claw into the ground at Jack's side, stirring up the surrounding flooring and creating a large-sized crater in the ground next to him; whether this was to frighten him, or simply because he missed, was left unaddressed. He brought his face down to Jack's level once again, and spoke in a much darker tone than before (which was really quite remakable, considering the tone of his speech previously).

< Do not assume that I want the job, human scum. I would not accept any title of the kind, even if it was appointed to me; and it would be outright disgraceful for me to nominate myself. I act solely as a general of the Space Pirate Confederacy, and it is my only goal in life to act out the will of my superior. >

Tilting his head towards the opposite side of the room, keeping his face level with Jack'sall the while, he continued.

< Obviously, this superior is the one and only leader of the Space Pirate Confederacy. The one suited for the title "Master of War" is the great Mother Brain, and I will hear no arguements. It is the only reason our pirate forces have managed to thrive as opposed to withering away, and it's tactical ability is unmatched. There has been only one being who has opposed the Pirate Forces while they are in its command who has lived, and this bounty hunter, Samus Aran, affected by the weakness we all share upon entering this strange mixture of worlds, can be easily taken care of before she poses a significant threat. Our great leader, the greatest leader the Space Pirate Confederacy has ever had, and will ever have, is nominated and supported by the entirety of its army. Promote it to its rightful status, and you will see why it is so. >

[Plot twist, amirite?]

Soha examined the dragon-like creature as the gargantuan argued with Jack.

Surely Jack won't stand for such speeching against him.....let alone this beast demands that we pick such a thing to be our tactician? And I thought that Larxene was a foolish nuisance.

"I am curious."
Soha yells to Ridley as he walks forward to the feet of the gargantuous creature.
" I am curious to know as to why you want the Brain to lead us? She may be an excellent leader for your kind...but can she handle the weight of every single soldier here? If she is such an excellent tactician....then surely one simple bounty hunter wouldn't be such a problem."

Soha turned around to briefly gaze at the Mother Brain before speaking again.

"I don't doubt that this Brain here is of great intelligence.......but I do doubt that it would be most fit for our leader."

"I doubt the leadership capabilities as well." Said Omega as he turned his head first to Soha, then to MR.

"Inform me. If this large collection of organic tissue is such a capable leader, then why are you having so much trouble with a single bounty hunter?"
