keep at it! and how did you make this website? oops i'm getting of topic. anyways i think this whole parkour thing is pretty sweet. I once to Soo Bahk Do Karate and it was all about South Korean Philosophy. anyways again, i love anything with different philosophys

parkour and freerunning have always been there but david belle thought out the philosophy of parkour and sebastien foucan thought out the philosophy of freerunning. |

parkour was and is ment as a way to get from point A to point B and back again the fastest and most efitiont way posible freerunning on the other hand can be parkour or can be tricking, its about what you want to do "follow your way"~Sebastien Foucan its kinda like that square and rectangle thing, a rectangle can never be a square but a square is always both a square and a rectangle. |
