ABOUT YOU Accepted By: MoAD Name: Nick Age: 24 YOUR CHARACTER Character Birth Name: Xavier Alexander Sage Character Current Name: Xavier Sage Age: 1092 D.O.B.: September 13, 0916 Mercia Type: Vampire Sexual Orientation and Status: Straight and Single Master Vampire: Yes Sire: The Dragon Powers: Strength through Violence - He's able to feed and grow stronger through physical conflict in his general vicinity, though often not necessary Sage has a tendency to prolong such engagements for his own enjoyment. Mental Block - He's able to stem the flow of outside interference caused by those who are trying to read his mind or implant thoughts, memories or anything else that he doesn't particularly enjoy. Rise Early - He's able to stir from his slumber earlier then others, even going so far as to move, use his abilities and generally function before the sun has gone below the horizon. Though in this regard he must be in the shadows and prefers to be deep underground if at all possible if such a need to rise before the sun settles. Distant Strike - He's able to manipulate another persons aura to cause wounds and even rend flesh from bone if the previous injuries sustained upon his target are severe enough. Human Servant - He's able to create a Human Servant, but has generally never bothered. Animal of Call - Lion Preternatural Lineage - As with many other master vampires, Sage is gifted with speed, regeneration, strength and the ability to mesmerize. Though the last is rarely used, Sage tends to intimidate through fear, pain and humiliation tactics. Physical Appearance: Six foot four with muscular slightly tanned proportions, a perpetually subtle yet mocking smile remains upon him when concentrating upon some other task. The hidden humor even reaches his dark hazel eyes as lips seem to sneer at some hidden yet harmful thought. Sage's body is large, yet lean. There is not a bit of fat upon him and the muscle that fills out his body is lean, powerful and hard. His legs are well developed, like that of world class cross-country runners. His long powerful arms and legs are extremely flexible, allowing his body to bend, and contort to most any position necessary. This flexibility is vital to his combative skills. His forearms are extremely powerful, as are his fingers, each a jointed piece of hardened steel. In addition to the lean power of his hands, he is ambidextrous, a talent that has been of extreme aid more than once in his peculiar life. His teeth are perfectly white and sharp, his canines over sized a bit, and his incisors a little sharp. It gives his teeth a strangely canine resemblance, though this is often hidden by the fact that he's perfected the art of smiling without the slightest show of teeth. His voice is soothing and strong. Although the accent has faded slightly, there are definite European overtones and phrases in his speech. Over all, his figure is a large powerful one. Yet, his features are wolf-like, his gaze, his manner and his size. Even his gait and mannerisms bring this idea to mind. He is always alert, scanning his surroundings, seemingly aware of every movement, scent and sound like a wolf. Much of this can be attributed to his misspent youth, engaging in warfare and constant scuffles between rivals in his neighborhood, when his mother simply wanted him to become a scholar, Sage would become a monster.  Name of person pictured above: Christian Bale Personality Description: Calm, dedicated and determined, that is what he wants others to think of him when they hear of his name in the business of day trading and stock brokering. Though Sage is often seen to smile when his violent exploits are whispered within the darkened corners where no mortal man or woman dares venture into unless they be driven insane by the harsh reality of this modern era where creatures more animal then man like him exist. He loves and hates who he is, remembering who he once was by the pleasant memories he keeps close to his heart, then at times compares it to who he is in this era as he strives for perfection. A perpetual war rages within his aged memories and mind, often he'll take these aggressions out on whoever happens to be nearby when the pleasant facade fades to reveal what lays beneath. Often he'll experience life in the moment, fading from one experience to the next. Guiding and weaving paths with those that'll help him in some way in the future as he sees life like a giant game of Chess with infinite possibilities and equally infinite pawns. He'll use you, abuse you and some would say. . . leave you asking for more. As the ever true adage goes, "Buy low, sell high." Martial Artist - The body is the physical manifestation to the owners mental well being, Sage has found comfort in the psychological and physical regiments brought upon him by consistent training through Aikido, Kenpo and Ninjutsu. Athletic - While his body is medically deceased, which means further conditioning is near pointless as there will be no improvement upon his physiological stature. Sage still continues to train his body even though on the eve of his death his body was considered by many to be perfect, he finds exercise and rigorous movement to be calming. Adaptability - A keen and adaptive intelligence coupled with innate gut instinct has kept Sage alive this far, always a step or three ahead of those who'd wish to see him harm. Though his true strength comes from being able to coexist with the ever changing world, finding his niche and growing until he deems it necessary to move on. Weaknesses: Sociopathic - The years have taken a toll upon Sage, finding that human laws no longer effect his judgment, it is only the thin disguise of his humanity that keeps the beasts at bay. Nihilistic - Sage sees the world through the reflections of a broken mirror, more so then he'd like to admit. Finding it hard to believe in a higher purpose outside of indulging in the moments set before him. Materialism - Sage must always have the biggest, brightest and fastest. Only to prove that he's capable of obtaining such things. Vengeful - Sage is a revenge driven man, if he's been slighted in any regard that he deems offensive. He will do what he can to return such trespasses back to them, often going out of his way and putting others in danger to exact his revenge. Fears: A life without Violence Being sealed in a Coffin, surrounded by crosses, chained and thrown away. Historal Rumours: Very little is known of the vampire Xavier Alexander Sage , his middle name removed in recent years for reasons unknown. Which in turn coincides greatly with the equally elusive Sourdre de Sang The Dragon whose secluded herself from others over the last few centuries. What is known is merely speculation, rumor, what little he says of his past and the mad ramblings that escape him when lost to the jubilation of carnage. The last exceedingly difficult to come by as his victims rarely live past such encounters, those that do often wish for death because they are often the last ones alive. He will torture and kill your family, loved ones and friends. Along with anyone else who crosses his path for in the end he simply enjoys the sociopathic slaughter and the wails of those lost to their despair, often he'll leave a few alive to let their depression and anger grow until they become the embodiment of such emotions. Feeding off of it before he causes the final blow. The Dragon has sent him to France, to steady the tide of chaos with his own style of mayhem. At least that is what he tells those who he deems worthy of such information, but none truly know what lurks within the depths of his apparently shattered existence.
