It was all starting to come together. He had spent the better part of the night finalizing the calculations so that everything went off without a single problem. At this moment it would be the beginning the first touchdown into the city of Paris. After that she would be taking a few breaths of the air that would have been her home if he had not found her. Then after a few moments of remembrance and viewing of the starts she would be escorted to an awaiting limo that would then take her on a prearranged path. That path was selected weeks before so that it would take her across all the places that had changed, letting her see the old city that she had grown up in. Only then would she be brought here to him where he was waiting. Gerard was waiting for her, there would be no hiding it from himself. If he had any less control he might have been pacing but that would be admitting to the outside world that he was nervous. Gerard did not get nervous in fact he was sitting one of the balconies awaiting her arrival. If he could be drinking wine he would have had a glass while reading one of his Isabel’s favorite books by one of her favorite authors to help pass the time. It did pass the time all be it slowly so Gerard was forced to find other things to occupy him. He had all ready been through the financial reports several times rebalancing them for the coming quarter to provide the greatest profitability on all sectors. If everything went to the latest plan they would see an increase in profits by over forty percent something unheard of during this time in the world. Still it was not enough by the vampires estimate to take up the rest of the time so the last few moments he would wait by looking at the stars. It was not something that he had done in almost a century for it never captured his interest again before. The heavens changed nothing in his life and it was one of the things he failed to understand about the mortals that populated the city. They moved in predictable patterns influenced by gravity and the rules of the other three forces. In essence they mimicked people because they moved with similar effects all by rules that they themselves may not know. He spent the rest of the time charting the minor changes across the night sky, and waited. |

The air. The air carried a scent that could only be described with one word. Paris. Her home. Her true home. No matter where her travels had taken her across the many and varied years she had spent walking this earth, nothing could compare to this one stretch of land. Lauraina's homecoming had already been a busy one. As soon as the private concourse had landed, she had been whisked away into one of the many limousine's that they kept in ready for their use. As expected, yet more than welcome, the driver took her on a preordained path, one that weaved its way throughout the City of Lights, showcasing the changes to her home that had happened since her last visit. As with the rest of the world, the more that changes, the more that truly does stay the same. Still, above it all, Lauraina waited for her true reason for coming to the city of her birth. Her Gerard. Did he truly believe that he would be able to find his way to this fair city and make it so without her? True, she did have many errands to run, to have her hand in the various and sundry businesses that they owned and operated. But, her responsibilities would not keep her from long, they never did anymore. The driver took her to her final destination, their manor home nestled on the outskirts of the city. Had she less control, she would have bounded out of the car as soon ad it had stopped, yet her training had come at too high a cost for that. Instead, she waited as a Lady would, moving with straight and sure steps up into the home and to where her Gerard sat in wait. Her eyes fell on him as he sat on their balcony, and a light smile quirked at the corner of her lips. Lowering her head every so slightly and letting her eyes fall demurely downcast. “Bonsoir, mon Maître,” she said in a soft voice, stopping at the grand outer doors for a moment before taking a step forward and lifting her eyes to his. She moved slowly towards him, stopping once her skirts brushed against his legs. Leaning slightly forward, she kissed him ever so gently on the corner of his mouth. “Mon Gerard,” she said in a voice even softer, a ghost of a smile on her lips. |

She was here, he could feel it. Before any other of his senses caught up to that one all important one, Gerard knew that she has arrived in the house. It was like the very air became charged with her presence and the thoughts of her being here in Paris once more. That one thought would have caused the vampire more than pause not so many months before but now he was oddly looking forward to the arrival of his Isabel. She was truly his in every since of the word now before she was simply Isabel but somewhere in the centuries they had spent together something changed every so slightly. The one thing both of them feared came to pass and it almost cost them both of their lives at each other’s hands only strengthened what had only started to bloom. Gerard did not have to wait too much longer even with his back to the doors that lead into the manner he could sense her. The subtle scent that carried with her every where she went the subtle sweetness that was only his Isa flowed into his nostrils. He had missed that smell though even now that they had progressed so far he was not ready to admit that yet. Admitting to it would cause them to both have weakness and that was something that could not be afforded just yet, not in the open air of his balcony. “Good evening Lauraina, I hope your errands went well.” He turned his face still unreadable almost empty when his blue eyes flicked over hers. She was still as beautiful as he remembered, she always was. Then she started to move slowly to him, each step causing the very air between them to almost be charged with electricity as she gave him the kiss of greeting her face hidden from any and all would be observers before speaking. “My Isa.” He breathed deeply taking all of her in before letting her pull away from him. “Shall we retire to the Grand Room? As much as I love the nights of our Paris there is much we need to discuss of your errands” He placed a hand on the small of her back and guided her back into the building once there he showed her into a room that was not the grand room. It was their library and the glass cases held her old favorites. He had moved the favorite parts of their library to Paris. |

His face was almost empty when it turned to her. Almost. Lauraina saw the subtle changes in his features that only she would be able to see anymore. The slightest upturning of his eyes and curving of his lips that made it know to her alone that he was more than pleased to see her. His soft and confidential reply made her lips curve ever so slightly again, an almost inaudible sigh escaping her, before she stepped away. They were exposed out here in the night air of their balcony. There would be time for a proper greeting when they were alone. “Oui,” Lauraina said with a ladylike nod of her head, stepping forward to allow Gerard to lead her away from the balcony. Strangely, he steered her away from the Grand Room and towards the library. The smell of the old and worn leather was a welcome one as they entered, and even from her place at the door, she could see the spines of volumes both she and Gerard's favorites from the manor house in Miami adorning the glass cases. He had brought them with him. A servant stood in her quiet place at the door, waiting to do their bidding. Lauraina turned to Gerard with a slightly tilted head and the ghost of a smile only he would notice. “Shall we discuss matters of business in here this night, my Master, so that we might enjoy the library's comfort as we 'catch up' so to speak?” |

Gerard had expected a stray comment from the other vampire as they traversed their way through the corridors. Her training would always be with them just as his own forever colored his outlook. She would follow him unquestioningly to the ends of the earth and back ever since she decided to walk by his side and not one step behind him. The arrival into the library caused the older vampire to study the face of the female. To watch all the subtle plays of the hidden depths of the woman that had bred, raised, and sculpted before she was even born. To say that he knew every last nuance of the other would have been an understatement of the century. He watched her eyes carefully as it danced from book to book waiting for the moment of comprehension of just how much trouble that Gerard had went through to make sure they remained surrounded by the books that had come to enjoy. There was a very slight smile on her lips something that held much more then it was telling. Then she said the words that nearly always caused a ghost of a smile on his own lips. “We shall my dear, though not here in this place of history.” The under lying statement was not here where so much could be damaged and become irreplaceable. “How about we adjourn to my private study, there are ears and eyes everywhere Isabel. I would not want to risk any sensitive information that you may have to chance.” He touched the small of her back again guiding her once more. |

Lauraina watched as a similar smile appeared and left from its place at Gerard's lips. Her homecoming, wherever they may be at the time, was always an interesting one. It appeared, by the chance happening of that small smile, that tonight would be no exception. She smiled, this time, one that would be seen by anyone, though not placed as anything more than what she typically gave, bowing her head in ladylike acquiescence. “Too true, my Master,” she said as the familiar weight of Gerard's hand settled against her back. The sooner that they were alone, the better it would be for the both of them it appeared. “As always, my Master, your words are wise. Our business matters carry information that only we two should be privy to. Your private study is a much more secure setting in which to discuss matters I think.” Her words would have one meaning to Gerard. Yes, let us be alone, and as quickly as possible. With her usual ladylike smile and grace, Lauraina took a step forward, turning and leaving the library doorway and taking the all too familiar path towards their private wing of the large manor home. |

The way the two vampires spoke no one would understand the hidden meanings present through every word. It was almost an entire different language when the two exchanged anything from formal words or even subtle actions. Thus it forever was and forever would be in the public eye of the Anlui house but behind closed doors that was an entire different story now. It was almost odd how they both wanted nothing more than to be alone together once more. When she spoke he could feel the desire in her every word it was soft almost easy to miss but to the practiced arts of the Master Manipulator it was plain as day or in the case of vampires, night. They moved quicker than the usual gate until they arrived in view of his private study. The dark wood desk polished to an almost mirror like finish stood in the middle of the room with two black leather chairs almost flanking it. Behind the desk was a large high backed chair that the vampire himself had spent many hours in changing the books and reading all the reports. The only color in the room was his Isabel. It looked as though she was glowing in the otherwise dark and dreary room. When they crossed into it he turned just enough to close the door away from private eyes. Gesturing to the chairs he moved them over to the desk but instead of walking behind it to hear the report he leaned against the desk itself. “Well My Isabel, tell me what you have learned.” |

Their steps were faster than normal, though not by much, not enough to show to anyone other than themselves their true desire to simply be alone together once again. From an outsider's perspective, they would simply be walking at a normal pace, heading to a private area in order to discuss business. To them however, they were as close to running as they would ever get, eager to have some time alone. The room was as it always had been, in a matter of speaking. True, as the years had passed and the fashions changed, some of the furniture in Gerard's private study had been 'brought up to the times', but it still looked much the same as it ever had. The dark and heavy drapes covered the lone grand window in the room, never pulled back unless Gerard deemed it necessary. This room was one where business in the most private regard was done, and an open window spoke only of secrets being shared. The dark yet highly polished desk was where Gerard placed himself after the door had closed, though not in his usual seat. Instead, Gerard leaned against the heavy piece of furniture, gesturing her his Lady to take a seat as he looked at her and spoke. Lauraina's head tilted ever so slightly, the smile she saved for Gerard and Gerard alone beginning to push at her features. A light and girlish laugh escaped her, soft, and carrying with it a light tinkling of bells, stronger than it had been before. Lauraina was still in the same place she had been as he had closed the door, standing just inside the room. Slowly, she began to walk forward as she spoke, not moving towards the chairs, instead to towards him. “I have learned much, dear Gerard. Crimson Kisses is in good hands, and turning more of a profit than we have seen as of yet. I think the choosing of the new general manager that we made was a good one. He fears, yet respects us, and is more than pleased to yield us a high return, as it gives him much the same reward. Lady Arraka and her consort, the young witch, are doing quite well, and I was lucky enough to spend time in their company as I finished our dealings in Miami prior to leaving on the plane this night.” With each step Lauraina took, she came slowly closer to Gerard. Her eyes stayed on him, meeting his eyes with no compunction yet also without a lack of respect. Hidden deep within those eyes was something that he would be sure to see, as its match was hidden behind the sapphire blue of his own orbs. |

The moment the door closed it was like everything changed. There they were two very controlled vampires taught at the edge of madness to hold every emotion in firm check smiling at each other. It was almost a paradox initself and that made it all the more enjoyable. It was almost a forbidden fruit yet a life time in the making. They were made for each other some would think created and shaped with every moment in time just for this moment. It was a romantic view something that they both thought but never voiced, not yet. With each step he felt her more and more as her defenses slowly dropped. There was something subtly different the time spent away from him had been kind to her power level. The bells were stronger more musical with her laugh and that meant one of two things. The first was that her new ability that she had gained after their first true coupling had caused her to further increase her power or that her control over that particular ability had increased. Gerard imagined that it was both even more so when she spoke of her time with Arraka. It was no lie that the vampire found love in her human consort and that the same feeling was shared for his Isabel, she had feed deeply indeed. It would serve them both well for the plans ahead. “I would never doubt your ability at inspiring them both Isabel. You have grown quite adept at finding just the right strings to pluck to get the means to an end. It is good that they are both doing well last I heard they were planning a ceremony to celebrate the changing of the seasons.” Even though they spoke of business that was informative their minds were in far different places. As was plainly seen now that theyw ere alone the almost small inferno that was behind their matching blue eyes. When she was close to him he did make the first move which was no longer a surprise to the other vampire any more. His hand wrapped around her waist as he pulled the line of her body completely against his. Even in this position there was still business to attend to, “Tell me then has Our Rakka maintained a firm foot hold in Miami, enough for us both to withdraw our hand and let them have their happily ever after or will we be needed there again?” |

Lauraina continued to walk forward, even as Gerard began to speak his reply. His every mannerism spoke volumes, volumes of books that would put the work of Ovid to shame. Even though their words spoke of business, their very presence spoke of things much more heated. Lauraina stopped just inside his reach, almost teasing him as she laughed again softly, bringing another tinkling of bells the settle in the air. Her teasing worked quite to her favor it would seem, for mere moments after she stopped, Gerard's arm encircle her waist, pulling her close to him so that the full line of their bodies were against each other. With a soft sigh, Lauraina sent one hand to rest on Gerard's own waist, her free hand moving up to rest on his shoulder. “Quite surely,: she replied, her eyes still locked with his. “Dear Rakka has things quite in hand. Her power base is strong and she is building up quite a following now that she has the lovely little witch. It seems that our kind in that city by the sea are quite eager to keep themselves in our dear one's good graces, fearing both she and the witch she holds.” As she spoke, Lauraina sent the hand that rested on Gerard's shoulder on it's way, moving lightly up across the expanse of his neck, to brush across his cheek before making it's way back down again. |

It was an amusing little ploy, something that did cause the vampire to give her a smile. It was not the usual normal smile that was feigned for others interest but the rare true ones. It would be in vain in the end if they would ever play the game in such a way she would always fold first though right not he could tell she would fight harder for now she knew. She knew that he cared for her in a way that almost destroyed them both and still threatened that very same fate if they were not careful. It would be an amusing game but he did not want to spend the rest of the year playing the subtle dance between the two of them and besides the closer she was to him the more likely she would fold first. Maybe the game could be played just in lighter notes. Those blue eyes almost glowed from within the way her body glowed from without in the otherwise dark room. “I do find it almost odd that those two wonderfully sweet women could inspire such fear even if she can feed from it. It’s amusing to an extent that they can go from such soft, “ and when he spoke the word soft his other hand danced around her wrist and up her arm pausing at the line the other vampires neck and moving down across the material, “delicate to ruthless in but a heartbeat. I trained her well” There was a bit of pride in his eyes something that would have remained hidden except for the pact that the two struck seemingly so long ego. He pulled her even closer just shy to the point of pain. Gerard enjoyed the feel of her body pressed to his and it was amazing to him how he had come to miss it. Deep down it bothered him but for the moment he was in control of such. “Have you fed tonight my dear Isa?” |

And so the game had now truly begun between them this night. Subtle and small gestures to most, but to them, the way that they behaved with the small caresses and gentle facial expressions were more forward than most advances you would find on a darkened street corner of the Avenue de Clichy. They could be more discreet, and often were if others were present, though since the realization of just what they truly felt about their relationship, this seemed more the norm when they were alone. It was as if it would pain them to not touch each other in such a manner, though they would never admit that fact out loud. The smile on his face was something that Lauraina considered a true treasure, the smile he saved for no one it seemed but her. It was not the smile he gave in the game he played with others outside of their world. This one was genuine, and all the more welcome because of it. As Gerard spoke to her, his hand lightly teased at her exposed skin, the heat of his power pulsing beneath his skin. Lauraina welcomed the warmth of it, greeting it as one would an old and dear friend. His final question to her only added to her enjoyment of being home. “Non,” she said softly, lightly leaning in to his soft touch as her fingers at his back moved carefully against the soft material of his suit coat. “I wished to share a meal with you, dear Gerard, as a celebration of my homecoming. Would you care to accompany me?” |

The feel of her skin, it was nearly intoxicating to the older vampire. If he was not careful it could possibly turn into an addiction, the desire just to touch his Isabel. She was his, through and through nothing could change that simple fact now. They would be bound until the end of time for nothing would be foolish enough to come between them. He let his fingers continue to trace over her skin every now and then letting them dip a little bit under the silken material of her dress. To indulge in this addiction with no one watching had become a guilty sin though it was not enough. He wanted to taste her to take her over and over again but that could wait. They had time. They always had time. When he asked his question it was odd that there was a soft glimmer of a smile a hint of something more. This would become a hallmark occasion if his own pupil turned lover had planned ahead of him. Sure he had his own ideas of what they would be doing but tonight he would humor her and enjoy what she was planning. Her body seemed to drink his power like a man dieing of thirst in a dessert. Did she miss him that much as well? It would be the question that was never asked. He tsked her softly before speaking, they could always enjoy a meal together but that would mean that when she rose this evening she waited to be with him for it. Did what she have planed worth a fasting? “Well then, who am I to intrude on the Lady Anlui’s hospitality? I would enjoy accompanying you on whatever you have planned.” |

Lauraina stood still, enjoying the feeling of Gerard's fingers tracing over her skin much more than she would ever admit. Before, this would have been a game for him, to push a slight hint of the ardeur at her flesh to see if she would falter in her movements. But, that was not the case this night. Lauraina was sure that she would feel the push of that power, but under highly different circumstances. His touch did hold something, but it was more tender, a different kind of warmth, but warmth just the same. Had he truly missed her that much, as she had him? She would never ask that question, or the others that floated through her mind when they were together as of late. Gerard tsked her, presumably for waiting to enjoy a meal with him. She had fed this night, true, but not as deeply as she typically did upon first waking. No, this night, she wished to share that with him. Smiling at his words, and the name he called her, Lauraina slowly began to pull away from him, as if she didn't want to leave her place in his arms. “Then, Lord Anlui, we must retire to the antechamber of our private quarters. I believe our feast will be ready and waiting for us by this hour.” Lauraina stood before him, simply waiting. True, she had invited him to join her. But, she was still a Lady. |

There seem to be a void in his arms when the other vampire reluctantly pulled away from him. That void was filled with an almost phantom feel of energy that represented his Isabel still clinging to his arms. Every touch that they stole in private still clung to his skin in a way that he could not ever shake. It was as almost that the very touch of her skin burned him in ways that he did not understand. Until the moment that they admitted to the feelings stirring within each other love and lust had been simple tools to apply leverage to get what they wanted, now it had taken a far more real turn, a turn that was able to give the vampire more insight to how to apply that leverage and pressure to others fare more easily. All knowledge was worth having. Just like in the newly acquired house in America in private they would share rooms so that every stolen moment could be spent together. It was almost odd that such feelings were rising in the two vampires that some could think that they were no more then teenagers fully diving into the heady pleasures of first love. Even though it had been her plan she waited for him to take them there. There were some things that being the Master of this house would always entail for him. Offering his arm to his Isabel they started towards the private section of the house. There was his private study and desk of course and beyond that rested the antechamber where this guest would be waiting for them to feed. Gerard could not help but be curious to what his former pupil had planned but let the curiousness wash over him and enjoy the feeling that it caused. All the while when they walked his fingers and power played over her skin, almost as though she would vanish at any moment. |

Lauraina's skin seemed to ache as she stood apart from him, giving her the urge to move back into the enclosure of his arms. Yet another thing she was far from ready to admit, or more possible, another thing she would never admit. Gerard stood from his casual lean, offering her his arm which Lauraina took in a smooth and trained gesture. Her other arm moved to rest on his, as it always did, though this time, her fingers traced light patterns into his suit coat. She wanted to be alone, sequestered in their private quarters with no one the wiser of what they were doing. Still, they had to feed first. For what she had planned for this evening, they would need their strength. Lauraina could feel both the brush of his fingers and his power move over her skin with silken softness. Even with the lightness of the touch, she could feel an urgency behind it, as she was sure that Gerard could feel from the simple movement of her fingers on his arm. She let the warmth of it wash over her, letting loose a small and private laugh for him to hear, with it the tinkling of bells. Oh yes, tonight would be simply marvelous. As they reached their private quarters, what had formerly been Gerard's private chambers and now ones that they shared, Lauraina smiled, her voice soft as she spoke. “I do hope you enjoy. I have brought a delicacy we have not often had the chance to enjoy.” One of the few servants allowed in this area of the house quietly opened the door and stepped away, waiting for the pair to enter so that she could close the door and leave. Only a very select part of their staff were even allowed in the area, and it was considered a great honor. She knew her place and how to do her job well. As the door opened, already their meal could be seen waiting for them on bended knee. A set of women, three women to be precise, all of the same family and sharing a birthdate, kneeled in the room with eyes downcast. They had already been broken and been given to Lauraina as a gift from the lovely Mistress of Miami, a gift Lauraina saw fit to share with her Gerard. |

Those fingers playing on his coat were such a small gesture yet that alone spoke of the need present in his Isabel. A need that to anyone looking at the two of them would be thought to just be nervous or soothing gesture held more meaning when it came from the impeccably trained pupil that was Lauraina. If anyone else had sought to match what that simple touch meant they would have to shout in a bull horn at the top of at the Eifel tower while fireworks shot in the air to match it. When his power danced across her skin and she laughed the new, wonderful laugh that sounded bells he could only smile inwardly. While the pact that they would not hide anything from each other in private was still standing held firm some habits were very hard to break. They arrived at the ante chamber one that now held Isabel’s private quarters as well to keep up appearance that nothing had changed between the two and he was able to rest his eyes on the banquit that was awaiting him. There kneeling on pillows provided for just such a position were three sisters all waiting for them to feed. Not only where they sisters but he saw it in their face and bone structures they were triplets. Now this was something that had grown far too rare in the vampires eyes. “A delicacy would not hold a candle to this gift that you share with me Isabel. You have brought us a true banquet for ones so young and so ready.” He let his arm slip from hers as he upturned one of the sister’s faces so that he could study it carefully. There was no fear there or worry just simple raw need, a need to be taken to be fulfilled in a way that only one of Belle’s line could provide. They had been trained well and the one he held almost quivered in his hand. Placing a single finger under her chin he bade her to raise and gestured for her to spin so he could take her fully in. Ah she was magnificent a prize worthy of a king in times of old that was his to take and to share. With a hand reaching back so that Isabel would join him he moved behind the sister he had chosen. Brushing her hair away from her neck he almost petted the young woman. He knew Isa would know what he wanted by now and with almost perfect seemingly planned grace he moved to sink his fangs into the woman, letting the ardeur dance across the woman’s skin and the very core of her body, traveling across the link that the twins shared with each other so that all three would feel its effects and the effects of their bite. Only then did he feed waiting for the way the woman’s body would stiffen once Isabel’s fangs touched the other side of her neck. When they had taken their fill not enough to kill the poor woman, at least not yet they would further retire into his private chambers where it was almost exactly the same in every house that they had minus one detail. There was a silver circle that surrounde the bed. |

As soon as Gerard's eyes fell on the feast that awaited them, Lauraina knew she had planned a perfect meal for them. “Merci,” she said, her voice light as her arm slipped from his grasp. She let him inspect the girls just as she had upon first receiving them. It was from them that she had fed this night, drinking but a small portion from each, to give her strength and save them for the evening. Her choice to do so had obviously been the correct one. She watched as Gerard bid the girl to stand, turning her every feature. Yes, she had chosen well in her choice to share these gifts with her Gerard. The women were simply divine. In times of old, their countenances would have been the muse for many a man's yearning heart to put ink to paper. Their soft chestnut hair fell in ringlets around their faces, framing it as it fell in artful curls, the rest upswept in an intricate coif. She had sent the girls on as soon as their plane had landed, bidding the servants accompanying her to have the girls dressed in the color of the evening, crimson, before they were placed in this very room. The color of the dresses looked lovely against their pale skin. This was one meal they would truly enjoy. Lauraina took Gerard's offered hand, not letting it go as they both approached the woman and stood at either of her sides. With her eyes locked on that of her Gerard's, she moved in just as he did, but she did not let her fangs pierce the young woman's flesh, not yet. Lauraina could feel the pulse of the ardeur as it moved through the woman, and following the link the sisters shared, into them as well. The woman sighed in their arms, a slight moan falling from both her own lips and that of her sisters beside them. Lauraina let the tension, the heat of the ardeur, fill them before finally sinking her fangs in, her eyes locked to Gerard's and her fingers still intertwined with his. As soon as her teeth sliced through, all three of the women began to writhe, two on the floor and one in their arms. Still, Lauraina's gaze stayed on him. |

The triplets though beautiful and almost divine in the possibilities that they offered all paled in comparison to what was going on in-between the two vampires. The way they continued to touch around the young woman would have been a powerful set of imagery to anyone looking on, two almost twin set of blue eyes looking into the depths while a single woman writhed in their grasp held by two forms of the ardeur and unable to escape. Experiencing nearly mind numbing pleasure from them both and it only be a tip of what the two could do together and when properly inspired. The scene was only magnified in that the two other sisters were now writhing on the floor in the throes of their own personally bliss. Gerard dared not drink too deeply of his new treasure, while they both had fed that afternoon this little snack as it were would be enough to last them, or hopefully last them depending on how vigorous their activated were until he next feeding. Slowly he pulled his fang out of the woman licking the wound healed and placing a soft kiss of thanks on the woman’s neck. His eyes never left the blue depths of Isabel’s. When the other vampire had pulled away from the lucky woman the other two sisters helped her find her kneeling position to recover once more. They truly were expertly trained but that was only on the edge of Gerard’s mind. He pulled Isabel towards him so that their lips could meet for the first time since she had arrived in Paris mingling the taste of the woman they just shared with each of their own. With a wave of his hand and a flick of his power the doors to his private quarters were all ready opening to revel the Spartan like furniture within. The three sisters were forgotten as they collected themselves to retire to their own rooms to recuperate. |

The warmth of the blood that flowed down her throat was positively icy compared to the heat that was building within her from the look in Gerard's eyes alone. The woman in their arms writhed, the other two mirroring her actions on the floor at their feet. A moan fell from each of them, almost in succession, the coupled powers of the ardeur and Lauraina's bite crashing over them. Still, through it all, her eyes never left his. They had spent many nights together since their realizations had come to the surface. Perhaps it was because this was the first time they had been apart since then, but tonight, even before they had truly been able to revel in each other's touch, the heat and urgency between them had already hit a fever pitch. Gerard pulled away, and so did Lauraina, licking the wound she had made and stepping away from eh woman. The others would take care of her. She had only one thing in mind at that moment. She closed the distance between herself and Gerard in a heartbeat, their lips meeting, and forcing every other thought out of her head with a vengeance. The tastes mingled, the woman, Gerard, her own taste, mixing in her mouth. She felt his power wash out of him in a small and concentrated movement, the sound of the door opening a welcome one. Lauraina wanted one thing, her eyes still locked with Gerard's, and that was to be in that room. Now. |
