To be honest, any time the tigress had considered her possible demise, she’d always believed it would be something a little... better, than simply being shot in an alley. Imagine that, being caught off guard by some asshole who’d probably been hired to pretend they were a bodyguard just so they could take her out. She knew she had gained quite a bit of recognition for the fact that she was a celebrity who was quite open about what she was, but she’d never imagined that someone would go to quite those lengths. A shame really... as lame as it sounded, there was still quite a lot she wanted to experience. Once she’d blacked out in the shadows, she’d not registered anything that happened. The woman too far gone to realise that someone had come along moments after the incident and found her. But what she did experience was something strange. Images of times and places she didn’t remember haunted her subconscious as well as the strange feeling that she wasn’t alone anymore, nor would she ever be. Slowly through the whirlwind of strange memories and sensations, she remembered the last thing that had occurred and the memory of the guard’s face black and rotting jolted her eyes open and body to wake suddenly. With a coughed gasp, Lilya’s hand flew to her chest and even though her flesh was painfully tender there still, there were no wounds. Was she dead? The first scent to register to the woman was of death, and she had to wonder if she’d gone to hell for some reason or another. Though she was rather certain that hell wouldn’t provide such a comfortable bed... or the soft nightgown her fingers ran over as she continued to check to make sure she wasn’t swiss cheese. As Lilya attempted to take a deeper breath, she coughed, fluid still stuck in her throat that tasted coppery as she swallowed it back down. Her eyes closed and she relaxed back again slightly – she was drained, yet somehow she was still alive. How in the hell was she still alive? The shots to her chest should have killed her, she was smart enough to know that much. While a part of her was rather relieved – she couldn’t stop the small well of dread that seemed to accompany it. Especially when she was reminded about the strange sensation that she wasn’t alone. “What the fuck is going on...?” Lil spoke softly to herself, her voice carrying a hint of annoyance as she rested an arm over her eyes. Annoyance at feeling so weak, and at getting shot and landing in a strange place. Another coughing fit hit her again and she tried to push herself up to sit, deciding she could do with a drink of water. |

It had been a few hours since Vasi had marked Lilya and brought her back to the ossuary, after finding her dying in the street, the victim of a shooting. The vampire had undressed her, cleaned her up and dressed her in a clean nightgown. He’d placed her in his bed, before retreating to his study, leaving the door open so he would hear her if she stirred. Vasi had settled in at his desk, working on his paperwork while he waited for her to wake. It’d taken a good two hours before he felt Lilya awaken. The first sign was the sudden metallic taste in his mouth, something he was familier with. He swallowed hard, making a slight face. The taste was different from fresh blood: this was old, and tinged with the taste of death, but he knew what the sudden influx of taste meant. Lilya was waking up. Shaking his head, the vampire stood, walking over to the sidebar. Pouring a glass of water, he moved into the bedroom, regarding the woman on the bed. “Ah, Miss Dharnen.” He said with a tight-lipped smile, moving into the room. Setting the glass down on the bedtable, the vampire reached down to wrap an arm around the girl so he could help her sit up. “Perhaps you should have some water and then I will explain “what the fuck is going on.” as you so delicately put it.” he said, motioning to the glass on the table. He was sure that the tigress was going to throw a little fit over what he’d done to her. He’d learned that much about her in their brief meeting, that she’d fiercely push against anything that was done without her consent. |

”Ah, Miss Dharnen.” Lilya was almost convinced she had to be hallucinating... or in hell... as she heard the voice which addressed her while she was struggling to sit up and get her bearings. She was trying to make sense of why the hell it sounded so familiar for a moment before she opened her eyes and stared at the vampire who was making his way through the bedroom toward her. What the fuck? Quickly she tried to remember the party, and the name of the ass who’d decided to play head games with her before she rushed off and was shot. Valiant? Valentine? Vaseline? Ah, right... Vasilios. The tigress flinched away from him slightly as he reached down, but allowed him to help her sit up, though watching him very carefully as he spoke about her having a drink of water before he started to explain everything. Why the hell was she with him? She’d left the party to get away from him. Unless... “Holy shit, you completely rolled me!” Lilya’s voice squeaked slightly as she yelled, pushing him with as much force as she could muster. “Let me the fuck go! What the hell did you do to me?” Oh crap, he’d changed her clothes. Had he...? Quickly, Lil rolled off the other side of the bed, toppling onto the floor as her legs gave out from underneath her. She was so weak! Had he been feeding from her while she was out? For all she knew he could have just made her think that she’d been shot and done anything to her while she was asleep. What a fucking creep! “How dare you?!” The tigress pulled herself up using the bed as leverage as she glared at the man. “You’re the worst kind of creep! Can’t get a woman the natural way, so you have to fucking roll and kidnap her to get what you want from her?! That’s like... date rape!” Fuck, her throat hurt, and yelling more just made it worse, but at least the blood that had clotted up a little in it was gone. Still, despite the fact that she had no fucking idea where she was, she had to get away from this psycho. |

Resisting the urge to roll his eyes, Vasi waited for Lilya to finish her hyterics. " no, I did not roll you. I found you lying in that alley, almost dead with four or do bullets in your chest. I took some necessary liberties to ensure you remained alive. I did not..."date rape" you, as you so put it, nor did I do anything improper to you. Now please, drink some water. That taste of blood is... Distrcting." Leaning down, he picked up the tigress, placing her back on the bed. Offering her the glass again, the vampire regarded her cooly. " once you have settled down we can discuss what has transpired and how to fix your behaviour towards me." he said, waiting for her to take the glass. He was sure lil would not take kindly to the news that he had marked her without her permission, but he would force her to see this was best. He would not accept any refusal from her. He'd saved her life, and gained a massive asset with her marking. She would comply with his wishes of her own free will, or she could spend her time in a silver cage until she broke to his will. Either way, he would have her obedience. |

“You did so roll me! Inside that party!” Lilya shot Vasilios a disgusted look; she remembered what she saw... or was pretty certain what she saw. The way the world changed around her to show her everything in a strange light. She wasn’t on drugs unless he’d slipped something in her Full Moon when she wasn’t watching. Though as he ensured he didn’t do anything ‘improper’ to her, she simply watched him carefully, making sure he didn’t get that nasty mouth near her flesh again. Who knew what could happen if he did roll her again. The tigress protested slightly as he picked her up, though was confused about what he meant about tasting blood – unless he meant hers. Creep. Lilya accepted the offered glass of water, sniffing it carefully before taking a drink; she wanted to make sure he wasn’t going to drug her or something. “What do you mean ‘what has transpired’?” Her eyes narrowed dangerously, especially when he mentioned her behaviour towards him as though she was supposed to be treating him like fucking royalty or something. “Excuse me? My behaviour? You should look at yourself; do you know who I am?” She screwed up her nose and shook her head, rolling her eyes. “You might be some ‘ooo powerful’ vampire, but I’m not cow-towing to suit your whims. People are going to start looking for me soon. I don’t know what the hell you want with me, but you had better start showing some respect yourself. I'm not some pet or servant.” There of a strong strength of self in those words; something the woman had developed after years of hard punishment from her father’s family. People could do what they wanted with her, but they wouldn’t break her, nor would they gain anything from her by trying to use force. Vasilios would find that he’d found a rock wall that wasn’t going to budge as easily as he might think. |

Vasi waited until the blonde woman had finished taking a sip of the water. The taste of the water flowed through his oen mouth and down his throat, something he might have found interesting and novel had something that had not happened to him in a very long time happened: The vampire lost his patience. He was tired of this...servant's insolence and accusations when he had done what he'd done for her. It was time she learned her place in his Kiss, regardless of whether or not she wanted to. With vampiric swiftness, he'd grabbed the glass from her hand, shattering it against the wall beside the bed. With similar speed, the vampire had one of his hands wrapped around the small tigress's wrists, pinning them down to the bed, applying the strength of his years to them as his other hand gripped her chin with similar bruising strength. "Stupid girl..." he growled. His body pressed against hers, face contorted in an angry mask, the vampire spoke through clenched teeth. "I have saved you from certain death. Brought you into my home, cared for you, allowed you to heal and bestowed upon you an honor I haven't even considered before-not in the thousand years of my existence. You will be silent, you will treat me with respect as your Master, and you. will. learn. your. place." he hissed out, his fingers tightening. "Let them look, Lilya. Do you know where you are?" he continued hissing, eyes flashing with anger. "You're underground, in a place hidden from human and lycanthrope eyes for centuries. Do you think that the disappearance of one insignificant little tigress is going to change that? That they will suddenly find this place?" It was his turn to shoot the woman a disgusted look. "Even if they do, there are enough vampires housed in here-enough power in here to shred them all beyond oblivion." Shoving himself away from her, the vampire straightened his clothes as he glared at the tigress. "Are you quite finished with your temper tantrum?" he asked. "Because if you are not, I can have my more obedient servants bring out the silver cage and gag I've invested in until you can keep a civil tongue in your mouth." Once she’d taken a drink of the water, she found the glass suddenly snatched from her hand and shattered against the wall beside the bed. There was only a split second of shock, but it was enough for him to get the upper hand as Vasilios grab both of Lil’s wrists with one hand and pinned her to the bed, his other hand clasping her chin to hold her head in place as he growled at her. Rather than intimidation though, aggression took hold of the female as her blue eyes grew brighter to a very non-human blue as she glared back at him. Even with her body trapped beneath his she felt a strange thrumming between them of power, but ignored it. Instead, she attempted to burn a hole in between his eyes with her fiery gaze as he then began his speech. Yeah, she knew he’d saved her life – though still not how – that he’d taken her in, cleaned her, dressed her... though the concept of having been bestowed with some kind of ‘honour’ did not sit well inside the tigress and the only thing she really wanted to know was: ’WHY?’ Lilya’s body began to heat up with the anger that was building, her aura slipping slightly at being held down against her will. Master? No, she was the only master she had to answer to. He could go to hell. The grip on her jaw was tightening and he continued, her own almost glowing eyes growing stormier by the second as he basically told her where they were. She wasn’t stupid, the hints alone were enough to grasp the idea, ’the Ossuary’. That meant that this Vasilios was either connected to one of the Council or he himself was... shit, what the hell had she fallen into? Insignificant, huh? The tigress carefully weighed the possibility of listening, just because she listened didn’t mean she was going to do anything he thought he could order her to. She still didn’t understand what the strange feeling was between them. Finally he pushed himself off from her and she sat up just slightly, watching him as he continued. It was when he mentioned the silver cage and gag that the anger was triggered in her again like a snap and this time she released her aura, a wave of heat rushing forth as her metaphysical beast roared its anger. Memories flooded her mind of the years she’d spent at the mercy of her father’s family, either shackled with silver around her wrists and ankles (the scars of which she still carried), or locked in a cage, often gagged. The times where they would almost drown her in order to get her to submit, but every day only made her stronger. Just like the threat this vampire posed. Like lightning, a blur of porcelain moved from the bed as Lilya kicked her foot out in order to strike Vasilios in the chest with all her lycanthropic strength. It was followed by another flash as she didn’t waste a moment and flipped herself off the opposite side of the bed. Watching him, she growled while the air flared with her tiger’s power, “If I’m so insignificant then why? What the fuck did you do to me, and WHY?” |

Vasilios wasn't prepared for the kick to his chest. The shock of the kick combined with the woman's lycantropic strength had him crashing backwards into the wall, the vampire's face contorting with anger. "Litttle bitch." he snarled, launching himself at her. Leaping over the bed, the vampire grabbed her by the throat, throwing her across the room. He was done with words for now; he wanted blood. Lilya Dharnen's blood. Her questions discarded for now, the vampire merely snarled again. If he had been in his right mind, the vampire would have stopped to think. He hadn't been this angry in a long time; possibly hundreds of years. Nor had he felt any kind of emotion. But the second the blonde tigress had stepped into his life, he'd felt a stir of something: anger; contempt; lust. He wanted to break the tigress, bend her to his will and have her beg him for more. His eyes flashing dangerously, the vampire moved slowly towards Lilya, praying that she still had some fight left in her. He wanted the fight; he needed it. "Come, come, little Lilya, is that all you have to offer me?" he snarled, waiting to see if she moved. He knew she wasn't seriously hurt: that he would feel himself, or at least know that she was seriously hurt. She was bleeding, that much he could tell: he could smell the blood. And he wanted it. |

There was a deep satisfaction in having caught the vampire off guard and sending him into the wall with quite decent force given that she wasn’t even feeling one hundred percent yet. However it was short lived as he quickly recovered; his face contorting in anger as he leapt the bed and snatched her by the throat. She didn’t even have time to grab his arm before she was tossed across the room and into another wall. The sickly thud as her head hit stone and the scent of blood that followed woke the angry tiger up more as she allowed herself to slump to the ground for a moment. Lilya couldn’t remember the last time someone had pissed her off this much – in part it reminded her of her father’s family and all the shit she’d had to deal with there. She was normally a passionate woman as it was, but it took a lot to get her to feel quite like this. Anger, contempt, lust; had she been in a better frame of mind she might have considered whether they were really all her emotional or not. All she knew now was that she wanted blood – her beast wanted it; and she was going to get it. "Come, come, little Lilya, is that all you have to offer me?" The tigress didn’t move as he made his way closer. Fool... She was the hunter, she had all the patience in the world to stalk this prey. There was an allure to this one that her beast wanted to explore, learn more about, but right now it wanted to play first. In the back of her mind she knew there was something wrong with that – there was a new connection of sorts, and the fact that she should be wary because he called tigers. Instead, the moment he was close enough, she lashed out in a flash to kick his legs out from beneath him before throwing herself down on him to shove her elbow into his sternum with painful force, hopefully crushing something vital in the process. The tigress was wild with fury, barely able to think rationally at all as she rolled onto him, straddling the vampire as her hands shot toward his throat to clutch it. Fingers began to shift into razor sharp claws all in order to tear at flesh like the beast wanted while she snarled vehemently, “Here's my offer – I’ll rip your fucking head off...” Meanwhile, warning bells rang mutely in the back of her mind; a part of her knew that this could backfire badly. |

Vasi could feel the rage inside of Lilya. He could feel the beast inside her snarling for blood, and it excited him. He nearly laughed as the tiger straddled him, her fingers lengthing into claws. The vampire didn’t live for thousands of years just without learning a trick or two himself, though, and he quickly turned the tables on the lycan, pinning her underneath him. “I’d think twice about that, kitten. You’ll likely die too.” For a moment, he contemplated simply knocking her out, trussing her up in silver and letting it go at that until she came to and he could explain things properly and calmly. But he dismissed that idea. He’d been the proper calm business man for too long. He needed some excitement, some…flesh, and his tiger was going to provide that, whether she wanted to or not. Smirking down at her, the vampire pinned her wrists to the floor, head moving down to bite into her neck. The vampire groaned as her blood flowed into his mouth, sweeter then anything he’d tasted lately. The taste of her only further excited him, something he enjoyed as well. It was time to teach Lilya the extent of their bond, and he opened the link between them, letting her feel the fullness of his rage, excitement, and lust. Of course, that link worked both ways, and he could feel her emotions come rolling up the line as if he’d connected a plug to a socket. |

Just like that the tables were turned as Vasilios somehow managed to flip them around and pin the tigress to the floor. Lilya growled dangerously, she wasn’t going to submit to him damnit. She didn’t even know what the hell had happened since she’d left the party – he hadn’t explained anything to her (of course, she wasn’t going to admit that it may have been because she’d jumped down his throat right away). She wasn’t going to ask what he meant about her dying too, in fact a lot of things confused her right now, including the way her beast was acting. The small woman struggled against him but couldn’t pull away before he came down on her with a smirk and she felt the fangs pierce the flesh at the base of her neck. With an angry shriek, she struggled more, though wasn’t prepared for what he did next. Suddenly it felt like a floodgate had been opened between them and she could feel everything he felt. The anger, along with the lust and excitement toward her which caused her body to react with equalled excitement. The beast within her was still angry, but it was also enthralled by the new power it felt. She’d been fed from before, but it was never like this. Reminded of the only other person who’d ever fed from her, Lilya felt the brief pang of grief for the man who’d helped her escape her family only to be killed for it. But it was drowned out by the thrill of power being shared between her and Vasilios, and the combined high emotion that ran through them. The claws had retracted already and her body writhed beneath the vampire with the built up aggression and desire that filled the room and them. Of course she knew it wasn’t right, somewhere in the back of her mind. It was during those moments that she also discovered what he’d done to her, the problem was that she couldn’t think straight enough to care at the moment as her beast submitted to the vampire’s desire to take her. |
