Posts: 108 Group: Admins Member #61 Joined: May 2, 2008 Played By: Lil	Ombres de Fardeau (Shadows of Burden) Key elements Currently the only ones who know about Ombres de Fardeau are those who have been approached to join or lend their services (Syndicate & Soldiers) Subtlety and secrecy are paramount for the safety of those involved and those close to them Respect and organisation are also important (think mafia) All members are preternatural Vivent la Résistance! Why and How? Ombres de Fardeau is a deeply covert underground network that is slowly growing; borne of the oppression that the government has placed on preternaturals The first and foremost goal is to protect and make life easier for preternaturals The second is to make things much more difficult for Elle Iveriot and her new government In order to do this, it uses the varying talents of its members to branch out into many fields such as: Reconnaissance Intelligence/Spying Tag removal/ID tampering Taking out 'trouble makers' Security and protection In true ‘Fight Club’ spirit – ”The first rule about Ombres de Fardeau, is you do not talk* about Ombres de Fardeau.”* If they think someone is suited to join and could be an asset in their resistance against the government, then one of the Syndicate will approach said person Who and What? Although originally organised and kicked off as the brainchild of one member, the responsibility of organisation and decisions falls to the inner circle Syndicates as a whole Syndicate are the few members who hold the ‘round table’ to discuss the deeper goings on and organisation as well as are responsible for what goes on in their fields Soldiers are those who know of Ombres de Fardeau and their goals and generally do their part to assist (usually working for one of the Syndicate) Associates are oblivious of the organisation itself, but their services are available to those in the know who might have a need for them All Syndicate/Soldier members have an alias or codename for security and secrecy reasons (after all, a family person wouldn’t want anything traced back to their private life or loved ones) Only a Syndicate can invite a new member, though Soldiers can always point people of interest out to them ROLLCALL Syndicate Goldilocks (Founder. Tag Removal, Track Covering and Protection) Reaper (Covert Operations and Enforcement/Recovery) Aria (Information Collection and Spying) Pixie (ID Tampering and Technology: Security and Intelligence) Soldiers Tag Removal/ID Tampering/Track covering LJ Intelligence/Spying Lhiannan Damsel Jaeger Pinky Enforcers/Protection/Recovery Tinkerbell Tweedle Dee Tweedle Dum Shamrocker Associates* Angelica (through Goldilocks) Vale (through Aria) Nova (?maybe/unknown?)
