On the third floor of a tall residential building in the Charles de Gaulle Etoile Area of Paris sits a modern 4 bedroom apartment - Owned by the werecobra Vel'Qual Pierce Hannah. Customized and built to the owner's direct specification, the apartment is equipped with a number of sophisticated security measures along with an office for work from home, enough space and adequate resources to accommodate a number guests at any given time as well as vampire and shapeshifter saferooms.

A modern midrise apartment building privately owned by the Jamboree with apartments for each member to decorate into their own living space-either single person or family sized. Doors are rarely shut unless privacy is required and never locked. It has all modern amenities including security, a gym and pool.

One of many buildings around the city liberated by Ruby and/or her followers. This one was formerly an apartment block belonging to an old bachelor living off his own retirement funds. There are 4 apartments of different sizes located on the 3 floors of the complex as well as a well enforced underground floor for storage and various 'other' purposes. Most of the windows are boarded up and the paint on the outside of the walls has lost it's original shine and is peeling off the sides. The pavement and stairs are cracked in most places and there is some vines climbing up the side of the building. Despite it's uninviting and run down appearance, the apartments are well preserved and taken care of by the landlord and the recently deceased tennants.

Rock 'n' Roll plays a little too loud, and Parker's living space/office is never without his faithful companion Page. Two seemingly everyday apartments on the bottom floor of a rather bland looking building are where Nathaniel usually calls home. The two apartments are both registered in the Thyne doctor's name, one supposedly used for 'storage' whilst the other is his primary living area. Although they both appear to be exactly as he claims (a home and a big closet), the two apartments have both been very heavily customized. They are placed directly above the building's basement and both have hidden passageways to rooms (which he also legally owns) specifically designed for Nathaniel's needs. The two apartments are connected to one another via hidden halls and rooms, many of which have been fitted with accomodation for any 'house guests' the doctor may have, and for the storage of weapons and drugs.

Located inside Paris, the apartment of Jason Young is located in a small three level complex with a total of twenty three units within. Tucked away on the second floor on one corner is where Jason resides. The apartment is primarily occupied by humans only with Jason perhaps being the only lycanthropic occupant, though his status is unknown by his neighbors and management. There are two doors in the front and back and visitors must be let in by occupants or with a key.

Located over the Code Blue Studios is a two story penthouse suite, recently rennovated to support Mai's love for the strange and different. Here, it easy to understand why it's been affectionatly dubbed the Fun House. From themed rooms such as the famed Pirate Ship Bedroom, to the Naughty Nurse Hospital bathroom. Each room seems to be as vibrant and unpredictable as the mistress of the house. There is even a large slide, connecting the first and second floor, for those people that find walking down the stairs boring.

A simple studio apartment located in a busy neighborhood, the building a short distance from PPIT Central. The apartment itself is sparsely decorated and consists mostly of stacks of moving boxes, many of which have not been unpacked. The resident opting to live out of the boxes instead of actually unpacking.

A small 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment shared between Gwen and her daughter Ophelia. It is located in a cheaper, but not skeezy, part of town. Everything is tidy, save Ophelia's toys and books scattered over every surface.
