Welcome to the land of the dead, here we have top amenities such as:

- Running for your life
- Loosing friends
- Being eaten alive by the undead
and many more!

The Infection

Now that you have survived the initial outbreak I'm sure you'd like to know a little more about what makes the walking dead tick. Here are a few things you should know:

- Infection is spread through the bodily fluids, such as blood and saliva
- An individual who has recently been infected may display such symptoms as:
~ Paleness of skin
~ High fever
~ Nausea
~ Partial to full paralysis
~ And death
If you know anyone who may have such symptoms it is recommended that you check them for bites and infected looking wounds.
- It has been found that it takes a period of six hours from infection to walking dead.
- Contrary to popular belief people who are already dead cannot contract the virus. This includes people who have contracted the virus but are killed before the six hours have passed.
- It has been found that severing the spinal column or destroying the brain is the most effective means to eliminate a "Zombie"

The undead

The legions of the undead may manifest in several different types that can be identified by how they move and behave.

Crawlers [AKA. The hoard]

This is the most common type of zombie, they travel in large numbers, they're slow, stupid and weak. But with numbers in the hundreds to thousands (depending on how populated the area was and how long you remain there) they can overwhelm even the best defences.

Roamers

Roamers by nature travel over the less populated areas around and in-between cities and towns, they travel in groups no larger than six or seven. Their advantages come from being smart enough to track their prey for days (according to some reports). They are also faster and stronger than their Crawler counterparts making them an enemy best taken out at range.

Unknown

It has been reported that there are more types of zombies than originally thought, with reports of smarter zombies which can organise less intelligent subordinates, and zombies which will protect injured survivors until they die and turn. These reports however are few and far between and there is no concrete evidence to support the existence of such a species. Survivors are however advised to be alert should these reports prove positive.
