Arianna smiled at Jordan and turned towards the gates as she heard the shout frrom Craig. She tried pushing the gates open to no avail. "Well it lookes modern so there should be a keypad. The generator must still be working, that's a good sign."

She looked around for the keypad and and found it nestled in the wall. She flipped open the meatal covering and began studying the numbers on it. "Some of these keys look more worn then the others, I'll try a few different combinations with them." She pressed a sequence of five different numbers each time differently. After severl minutes the gate gave a buz and it opened slowly. She gave a little victory shout and yelled back to Craig. "Hurry up, the gate's open!" She turned to Jordan. "Let's just hope that all the cells are still closed!" She wasn't very concerned about the zombies she could always outwit them.

Dog was not happy he hadn't tripped the first human male. He would get him another time. Dog wouldn't attack the man, no he knew better. His master would be upset. If he did little things like trip him when his Master wasn't looking, well that would be okay. He snorted to himself and picked himself off the ground. he trotted over to the open gates and sat down beside Arianna. He cast an uninterested look at Jordan.
I wish I knew what it felt like to be a villain.

The rain still continued falling, beating against the many surrounding cars causing small impact noises to ring out, even over the defining gun fire that still continued they could be heard, the whole place was a small battlefield, the zombies were still approaching, with slow scuffling step they drew closer to the survivors and Jordan realised he should do something to slow them down, the girl was attending to the gates, hopefully she could get them open soon, they're time was running out. Jordan quickly raised the heavy shotgun, his hands were slowly becoming numb from the rain, but he kept the gun steady,he then slowly pulled the trigger, his arms were jerked upwards from the kickback but the shot hit its mark,it only caught one zombie but it took the shot dead on and went down, and it didn't seem like it was getting back up.

As Jordan prepared to fire again,he heard the buzzing noise of the gates opening,he turned around with a look of relief on his face "Its about time" he said happily,he then turned round and fired two shots at the zombies, the shots connected with several of them, not enough to put them done for good, but it was going to be hard for them to get back up,he looked round to Craig who was still firing
"OK time to get the hell out of here"Jordan called before running through the gate and heading towards the prison

Craig heard a loud buzz as the gate slid open, it reminded him of the noise they used in movies to signify an electrified fence gate opening, he had no idea why they did that, maybe it was a real noise. He launched himself from the car, turning in the air so he faced the road to the prison. He landed in a puddle, the water sprayed up as far as his knee, and for a moment he stopped to look down at his now drenched lower legs .
"Aww fer F's sake, these 'ill be soggin' fir ages now."

He sighed and looked to the now open gates and jogged lightly towards them, as if taunting the zombies with the fact they couldn't catch him. Behind him he could hear the groaning and shuffling of the surprisingly slow and stupid zombies. He reached the gates, his hoard, or hordette as it were, followed loyally behind him at around 45 meters. Craig slowed and turned as he entered the gate, he hit the deadlock switch, also known as 'The big red button', or at least thats what he hoped it was, hoping that a deadlock may somehow make the gate stronger. To his luck the gate buzzed again and began to close. He allowed himself to relax a little, his shoulders fell half an inch, and he secured his M4 to his back, then dropped to his knees, leaning back and turning his face the the sky. The rain ran down his face and neck, soaking his shirt under his combat jacket.

Arianna watched his slow pace and smiled. He seemed cocky enough. (lulz) He finally reached them and closed the gates behind him. "Nice retreat, but now our task is rooting out any loose zombies that might be running about inside. I don't think there will be many though if the gates still work." She started wa;lking slowly towards the grey building taking in all available entrances and exits. She smiled and turned back a the two men. "Before we go in, I would like to formally introduce myself." She walked back to them and spoke again. "My name is Arianna, and this is Dog. I'm glad I now have some human companions to talk to!" She gave little laugh and waited for them to respond in turn.

(Dog)

Dog sat by his master and watched the human run sloly into the gate. He sat straighter and gave a low snarl. His hair stood up on his neck but he willed himself to silently behave. He snorted and watched the gates close making a grating sound he didn't particularly enjoy. His master spoke and started walking. He followe obidently but she stopped and turned back. Instead of following her he sat and waited, he knew she would walk into the building after she got talking to the others.
I wish I knew what it felt like to be a villain.

Jordan stood just a short distance from the large iron gate and waited patiently for Craig to finally make it through,he still held the shotgun at the ready in case one or two zombies managed to make it as well, when Craig finally ran through the gates and closed them behind him,Jordan felt a small amount of relief, the gates would hold them for a little while at least, this would give them some time to breath and think of what to do next.
Jordan turned round as heard the girl's voice, she made some remark about Craig's retreat and then about he zombies that might be inside the building,he didn't really give it that much thought,he already knew that they could have problems when they got inside

The girl then walked about a little more before she finally stopped, turning round she faced them an introduced herself
Arianna, strange name, but who cares, its nice tae hiv another person around, they Americans were pretty annoying,it might be speaking ill ae the dead, but they just pissed me off,and what did she say there, human companions or somthin like that, has she spent this whole time talkin tae the mutt like its a human, and what kinda name is 'Dog' for a dog anyway,aw forget it now aint the time to be botherin wae shit like that
Jordan stepped forward and said "Ma name's Jordan..an al let the retard oor there introduce himself, then me might get a fuckin move on,its nae like we're in a rush or anythin"

Craig shoved his body forward and rose to his feet, feeling slightly refreshed he turned to his companions and heard the mention of his less than urgent retreat. He cracked a sly grin as he walked towards them.
"Well who needs urgency when you have M4?"
He questioned jokingly, his palms facing upwards at elbow level, his head slightly tilted to the right. His stance relaxed even as the unworldly drone of the dead grew ever closer. He walked up to the pair as if all was right in the world.
"My name is Craig, I am... was, a Sergeant in a private army for hire, I fought in conflicts that the world never heard about. The biggest mistake humanity ever made was to accept conflict as a fact of life. But hey-ho nevermind."
He said calmly and with an upbeat finish. He looked back at the gates, he knew the first of the undead would be reaching the walls in the next few minutes. They had time, a precious commodity in a situation like this, it was their greatest ally and worst enemy, with time they could gather supplies, formulate plans and prepare, but on the other hand they could use it to rest, which could sow the seeds of fear and doubt, driving them mad.
“How bout we get that nice heavy door open and clear the building before whatever may or may not be inside can get the jump on us or cause any more damage than it may or may not have caused.”
He took a moment to think.
“Dear god that sentence was confusing.”

She grits her teeth as she paces within the cell. It was horrible to think about it, but there was little she could do in here. It was safe enough within the bars... if you excluded the fact that the body has more needs than water. She sighs about this as she dips her head near the sink and watches the water start running. Silently she sips from it, thinking about her course of action. Indeed, she could leave and try to find the kitchen, but she had little idea how many of those things she would encounter on her way.

She shudders as she looks at the body of the guard she had destroyed. Catherine had come to killing before, it was one of the reasons she got put in here. The situation was the same, kill or be killed. Yet, the fact that the thing she had murdered was pretty much dead already and was going to attempt to eat her was a bit less than pleasing and only set an uneasiness in her already empty stomach. Killing that thing and watching the strange chunky blood coming out of its orifices would have been enough to make her throw up in any other situation.

She yells out in anger now, she knew no one would come to her right now. There were security doors on either end that you had to unlock with a key card... which she managed to find upon the deceased prison guard. That basically meant she had two options, though. Either she had to eat the dead freak, which was all too unappealing, or she had to leave. Finally, her gut wins with a rather angry growl. She kicks the wall and moves to her gate, sliding it open.

In her primary hand she holds the gun with a hand quivering very badly. She jumps at her own shadow as she proceeds down the halls, eyes wide with fright as to when one of these slow witted creatures might jump out at her. Her foot steps on a metal grate and a quiet squeak exits her mouth. This was horrible, why was she so skiddish when she was used to people shooting each other randomly on the street?!

Arianna smiled at the two. Her stance was completely at ease. "Well, I'm pretty good at opening locked doors, I'll give it a try." She winked at Craig and walked up the stone steps to the door. She gave the door a good examination and laughed quietly. "I Don't even get to show you my thieving skills!" She grabbed the door handle and opened it slowly. Dog stepped up beside her and awaited a command. Arianna turned to her new companions. "Ready?" Before they had time to answer, she gave a nod to Dog and he surged in the open door. She waited for a minute and then turned to the two men. "When Dog gets back, he'll tell me whether or there are zombies in the immediate area." She stepped away from the door and folded her arms against her chest.

(Dog)
Dog knew it was his job to make sure his Master stayed safe. That meant he had to keep her away from the bad smelling humans, and any normal ones that presented danger. When he was given the command to enter, he bounded in unafraid. He knew the slow humans couldn't catch him, and the only trick was to not let them follow him back to his Master. He prowled the dark aisles and sniffed warily. He sensed no danger yet, there was a stale smell, but not the smell of enemies. he approached a section that had bars, and he inspected the cages. The smell of rotting filled his nostrils, but there was nothing animated on this level. He went back to where he came from, his tail held high.
I wish I knew what it felt like to be a villain.

Jordan smiled slightly at Craig's calm approach to retreating, but he didn't see the point in being overly cheery, not much with what was going on around them, after Craig finished his little introduction it seemed like it was time to move forward,he still wasn't really for the idea of going into a prison, but they didn't really have that much of a choice
He 'was' a sergeant,a wonder how he managed to fuck that up
After reaching the door it seemed like the new girl wanted to show off a little,it didn't really matter to him,but Jordan decided it would be best just to let her do what she wanted as he couldn't be bothered to argue with her,so Jordan just stood with Craig waiting on the girl to finish,it didn't take her long, but she did seem overly proud of herself,Jordan just shrugged a little
She opened a door,me an Craig could a managed that with a kick or a gunshot, but a probably shouldn't take away her little glory
The girl send her dog in as a kind of scout,so they had to wait for the dog to give the all clear, then they would be able to make they're way inside the prison. It didn't really take the dog long before it came back out,and Jordan assumed it was all clear,he wasn't going to bother to ask the girl to actually ask the dog,he cocked the shotgun and walked towards the door
"Now we go intae the possibly zombie infested prison,or it could jus be filled with serial killers an rapists who might be out of their cells seen as how a dont really see any guards, this jus get better and fuckin better"
Jordan let the shotgun hang lose at his side and took out a couple of spare shells and kept them in his hand just in case, then stepped through the door and into the dark entrance

Craig gave Arianna a sideways glance as she winked at him and walked up to the door.
What an odd girl.
With an over protective dog.
Another part of him added. He watched as the dog ran inside, quite proud to be performing a task that would accomplish only it's own satisfaction of safety. Craig knew that Jordan didn't like dogs, and he himself didn't trust this one, no matter how well trained it was. The dog emerged a few moments later looking rather full of itself, he noted Jordan cocking his shotgun, obviously taking no heed of what the dog may or may not be saying to Arianna. Likewise he drew his pistol and turned on the mounted flash light. He moved quickly but cautiously into the building, scanning the entranceway quickly with his pistol before waiting for Arianna to get inside.
