Hey everyone! This is the Hug Corner, a place where you can come and get digital hugs for those blue days.

For me, I need a hug because I recently found out one of my friends died "unexpectedly". I wish I knew more information, but death is a new concept to me, so it's been a little hard for me to get my head around =/ Right now, a hug works just fine though.

I see a lot of death where I work. I've had patients I touch, and five minutes later they die. It's not a new concept, anymore. Experience doesn't make it easier. I'm sorry you have some under your belt now.

You're welcome to blurt it all out. We are good listeners. ^_^ And if it will make you smile, I just dumped a vitamin water on my shorts.

look'd up in perfect silence at the stars
I'm spending this week trying to sort out some health problems before the semester starts and I need to be adding classes and studying for exams back to my routine. Of course, my suspected diagnosis isn't detected in the first-line test (or second or third-line, for that matter), and I feel like my PCP doesn't understand that, so I feel like an enormous hypochondriac. Is a frustrating.

-hugs and cookies and coffee for Jax- I'm sorry, hun :< As to answer Aer and Kelly, I'm doing okay, but I've never really lost anyone close to me. When I say that, sure, I loved my great gran but she was 96- it was her time. Brian (my friend) was 20. Before that, I had lost a classmate at 18.

It's too horrifying for me to dwell on- it's the only finality we have in this life. I constantly wonder how life would've been different had things not happened the way they did, and I have a big plushy heart so even when my idols die, I bawl my eyes out.

*hugs for everyone on this board* If anyone wants to chat, I am always up for it, even if people just want to rant about their days.

For me, I'm trying to find a job. I have had phone screens and plenty of interviews, but nothing has happened for me yet. I'm beginning to freak out because I'm going to have start paying my student loans back in a few months and I absolutely hate living at home in the boonies. But I'm trying to stay positive, even if most days I don't want to.

Hug please.

My flatmate won't move out... we fight all the time and don't get along, and we're the only two who live here, so it makes sense for one of us to leave. I have a full time job, and my parents who helped me move live 230 miles away, so moving is a giant pain in the ass for me. His parents live about 20 miles away, he needs a cheaper place (where I can afford this one), and he's perfectly capable of moving because he doesn't have anything at all on his schedule. But he won't leave, he keeps telling me to go. URGH.
