if they do the same deal as per another forum they are doing £200 posted for the manifold, but there for sound and looks be lucky to get 1-2 bhp but boy do they sound nice with a good back box. and of course if you want a increase you colud spend tripple that to get arounf 13 bhp increse from a btb2 |

not sure about figures on bhp side of things but I've driven a car with one on it before and after and it seemed to be more livelier mid range. it also seemed to be quicker to do overtaking maneuvers as well with the 6 branch on it but as you say for the btb2 your 3 times the price for some more ponies... I've read of cars making 185bhp with the btb2 fitted but then I've seen stock tech1 sports making 185bhp on the rolling road... as you say they also look good and sound great for the money.. i know for sure i will be fitting one to my current project once im at that stage Edited by jbh, 25 Dec 2008, 06:42 PM.

i for one love the sound and looks of mine enough to warrant the 200 bucks even without a gain..there was some humming and hawing about actual bhp losses, but this was proved to be wrong..i think if you were a serious track star you would be going for the tried and tested items i,e alpina/btb etc but there is a market out there for the likes of me and hottunning have met that demand i have a freind who owns 2 alfa 156's he has a hottuning coilover setup on one and "H+R" on the other and the only difference we can find is that the H+R kit is a LITTLE better in the understeer department round Knockhill, but on the road they are as good as each other, yet the "Hottuning" set up was less than half the price of the H+R |
