id suggest not doing the scanlines... they really make would could be a decent sig look not good (most notably in the tnmt sig and some of the gta sigs) also, that blur then sharpen blur or whatever it is that youre doing is really overcontrasting some areas of your sigs and ruining the quality (especially in the first sig and one of the halo ones) - (i used to do this to my sigs too WAY back in the day. Find different ways to get lighting and sharpening, youll be happy when you do) also, the whole popout sig is never really that aesthetically appealing. i would also suggest working on your text. cool attempts in #3 and in the tnmt sigs, however, the pixelated small font is pretty much useless unless youre making a userbar or something so think about that blur overcontrast thing, text, and scanlines and keep checkin out tutorials and youll make some big steps towards improvement keep it up |

I liked the last one because you did more effort with the render. The hamburger looks delicious.

I would work on text , since effects skill will come easily , but text placement is harder. Scanlines aren't appealing on sigs , at so high opacity , at least. Though I have to agree , that the Tmnt one is the best! |
