If citizens feel their rights are being infringed upon by citizens or government, they may sue the offender(s) in the Judicator Courts ARTICLE II- The Senate I. This of course can be lengthened by the Senate. III. Any law the Senate passes, a Senator can call for the law's repealing. To repeal a law, a Senator must propose a law be repealed, with his reasons. If a two-thirds vote is gained, the law is repealed. Anything otherwise, the law stays. IV. The Supreme Magistrate has final say over judicial rulings and may hear appeals cases, but can reject cases he deems unfit for the Court. He must be appointed by the Senate. He can also strike down laws that are unconstitutional that are passed by the Senate. III. The lower Magistrates will be two courts, a Civil Magistrate, who hears cases involving slander, insubordination, and damage of reputation. Civil cases may not be appealed to the Supreme Magistrate. Civil cases may be turned to the Criminal Magistrate if the case warrants. IV. The Criminal Magistrate will hear cases involving treason, bribery, threatening, disturbing the peace, violating federal laws and misuse of rights and privileges. The Criminal Magistrate must hand down reasonable sentences to convicts, and his cases may be reviewed by the Supreme Magistrate. V. Both lesser Magistrates must be appointed by the Senate ARTICLE IV: The Electoral Process 1) Senate members have 1 month terms, but each seat has a seperate election. Conclave members can have up to 4 terms, and can run again after one election period passes after their final election 2) Judicator members are to be only appointed by the Senate and have life terms until resignation or impeachment 3) Senate elections are to happen between 3 days and 6 days before the end of their terms. Candidates may announce their intention to run at any time within the second part of the Senate's term and may campaign until election day. - This may be changed by the Senate at any time. ARTICLE V- Amending this Document I. To amend this document, amendments must be proposed in the Senate and approved by the public to take effect. This must be approved by the Senate. Once approved, 6 votes are needed to place this new Constitution into effect Signed, Des Babylon Writer of this Document, and member of the Senate |

Likako, no. The Senate is the Conclave. We just changed our name. And Vladimir, no you can't vote, but once the Senate approves this, the citizens can vote to ratify. |
