| A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away... Founded in 2010 by Phantom, Remains of the Republic has its roots in Star Wars Battlefront II (2005) for the PS2, becoming one of its most successful Europe-based clans. In 2015-2016, we were active on the new Star Wars Battlefront (2015) game. Though just a group of friends playing for fun occasionally, we still managed to win the EU Cup in a tournament. Every now and then we fire up our old PS2's to play SWBF2 again, all remaining players from the EU joining forces to play in friendly tournaments along with players from the United States, where there's a larger remaining user base. These days, RoR mainly functions as a homebase where old and new players meet up to stay in touch and play Battlefront as well as other games. |

Dont forget its ps2. I dont think its a good idea to mix PC and PS2 scenes with each other. But when its only ps2 its hard because of the quality. So I would surggest everybody has just ONE scene which you can edit as much as you want. So every video wouldnt be longer then about 20 sec. It would be more fair and it would show the editing instead of the quality and skill. |

We got far too less people who have either: - a grabber - certain programs - the needed skill to compete Editing ain't established here, yet. Nuff said. |

I mean some people buy cheap shit and the quality of those shitty video grabbers are even worse than recorded TV screen by camera. Or maybe their grabbers are not shit, they have fucked up the quality somehow. Thats the point and edit looks ridiculous with HD effects in a pixelvideo u can hardly see. |
