Terms of Agreement


Reklame is a an online forum advertising site for everyone to benefit through our unique services around the forum proper. Before you start reading the threads, and reviewing the resources & services available on our site, please take a moment to review this user agreement (the "agreement"). This agreement is an agreement between you (referred to hereinafter as "you", "your", "member", or "user") and Reklame. It is important that you understand both the benefits we provide, as well as our limitations.


1. Acceptance of agreement.


When you log onto Reklame or complete the member registration process, you agree to this agreement. This agreement may be updated from time to time, and your continued use of our services signifies your binding acceptance of the changes. This agreement will always be available on this page for you to read, and if any part of the agreement or any future changes to the agreement are not acceptable to you, you may cancel your service. Your continued use of that service means that you accept the agreement, and the above disclaimer.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this site. Persons under the age of 13 MUST obtain a parent or guardians permission prior to using this site.

2. Service Terms


A. Reklame Information. As a commitment to our users, we currently provide you with access to a rich collection of online resources & services for Reklame. Ranging from promotional monopolies and resource matters. We are also encouraging everyone to join the community full of debates, meaningful discussions and fun talks.

B. Service Limitations.Reklame would be giving out monthly updates of services, adding, removing and integrating them according to everyone’s personal advice and inquiries. We are not responsible for community insults and flame wars through your forum at any time given. Our services have certain limitations for use and for reuse, and we are advising everyone to at least read our following guidelines for each respected service.

C. Service Changes and Discontinuation. Reklame may change, integrate a service at any time possible, without prior consent from the members. We are not responsible for confusions through the community considering the service changes. We advice you to keep yourself updated through our news and updates section.


D. Privacy Policy. We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We gather personal information from all registering members, and we also store your personal preferences related to this site in your account data. We also collect data relating to all network connections, primarily your IP address. We may contract with various third parties who cooperate with us to provide and maintain the site or the services rendered by the site. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent such third parties from disclosing your personal Information, except for the purpose of providing the services in question. We cannot guarantee that such third parties will not disclose your personal information. Please note that Reklame contains links to other sites. Sites that are linked to Reklame may have privacy policies that differ from that of Reklame, and by visiting them by clicking links on Reklame you agree to not hold Reklame responsible.


3. Content On Our Sites

Our sites include a combination of content that we create, that our partners create, and that our users create. Some materials published on our sites, including, but not limited to, written content, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, marks, logos, sound or video clips, and flash animation, are protected by our copyrights or trademarks or those of our partners. Our site contains content that we create as well as content provided by third parties. This content includes, among other things, images, links, graphics and etc. It also includes information about forums and services offered by parties other than Reklame, such as forum information, events and announcements. We do not guarantee the accuracy, the integrity, or the quality of the content on our sites, and you may not rely on any of this content. Without limitation, we are not responsible for postings by users in the user opinion, forums, message board, or feedback sections of our sites.

You may be exposed to content that you find offensive, indecent, or objectionable or that is inaccurate, and you bear all risks associated with using that content. We have the right, but not the obligation, to remove any content that may, in our sole discretion, violate this agreement or that is otherwise objectionable.

4. Your Conduct On Our Sites


If we request registration information from you, you will provide us with true, accurate, current, and complete information. You will promptly update your registration to keep it accurate, current, and complete. If we issue you a password, you may not reveal it to anyone else. You may not use anyone else's password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your accounts and passwords. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your passwords or accounts or any other breach of security. You also agree to exit from your accounts at the end of each session. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may result if you fail to comply with these requirements.

The technology and the software underlying our sites and the Services is the property of Reklame, our affiliates, and our partners. You agree not to copy, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, distribute, reverse engineer, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer any right to the technology or software underlying our sites or the Services. You agree not to modify the software underlying our sites in any manner or form or to use modified versions of such software, including (without limitation) for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to our sites.

Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you will not use our sites to take any of the following actions:

• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal right of others;
• Publish, post, upload, e-mail, distribute, or disseminate (collectively, "Transmit") any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful content;
• Transmit files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage or adversely affect the operation of another person's computer, our sites, any software or hardware, or telecommunications equipment;

• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying any public area within our sites;

• Interfere with or disrupt our sites, servers, or networks;
• Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Reklame representative, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• Forge headers or manipulate identifiers or other data in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through our sites or to manipulate your presence on our sites;
• Take any action that imposes an unreasonably or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
• Engage in any illegal activities.

5. Disclaimers

Some contents on our sites, including but not limited to, articles, videos, images, pictures have been collected from the Internet or have been sent to us by our users. We respect the intellectual property of authors and creators and every attempt has been made to make sure that they are free use or public domain. If you notice copyright violation on this forum community, please contact an administrator and we will resolve the matter. Of course, it is not our intention to infringe your copyright. The accuracy, reliability, completeness, quality or timeliness of any information cannot be guaranteed and we are not responsible for any errors or omissions or for results obtained from the use or misuse of this information.

We disclaim any responsibility for the deletion, the failure to store, the misdelivery, or the untimely delivery of any information or material. We disclaim any responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material on the Internet using search results from our sites. We disclaim any responsibility for, and if you subscribe to one of our fee-based services you will not be entitled to a refund as a result of, any service outages that are caused by our maintenance on the servers or the technology that underlies our sites, failures of our service providers (including telecommunications, hosting, and power providers), computer viruses, natural disasters or other destruction or damage of our facilities, acts of nature, war, civil disturbance, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

We do not warrant that our sites will be uninterrupted or error free. In addition, we do not make any warranty as to the content on our sites. Our sites and their content are distributed on an "as is, as available" basis. Any material that you download or otherwise obtain through our sites is done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any potential damages to your computer system or loss of data that results from your download of any such material. Neither we nor any of our partners makes any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to our sites, any content, or any of our services, tools, products, or properties. You expressly agree that you will assume the entire risk as to the quality and the performance of our sites and the accuracy or completeness of its content.

Neither we nor our partners shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our sites, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The site contains a comment system through which users may voice their opinions. All comments posted are the personal opinions of the commenter, not of Reklame. By commenting you agree to be solely responsible for the content of all information you contribute, link to, or otherwise upload to the site and release Reklame from any liability related to your use of the site. You also grant to Reklame worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free and fully-paid, transferable (including rights to sublicense) right to exercise all copyright, publicity, and moral rights with respect to any original content you provide.

6. Punishment. The following are the punishments set in place for offenses against this User agreement.

• 1 hour post suspension, and a 1 day moderation queue(posts and topics will need to be cleared by a moderator).
• 2 week ban.
• 1 month ban.
• Placement in a special “Banned” usergroup pending decision on punishment based on the action involved.
• Permanent ban placed upon IP and all subsequent IPs as judged by the staff at Reklame.

All bans placed upon you by the staff at Reklame are final until lifted or the period has expired. Any attempts to evade a ban via a proxy will be treated as harassment and will be forwarded to your ISP. We take any attempts to circumvent punishment seriously, you have been warned.

7. Additional Terms.

If you believe that your rights have been violated;

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated by Reklame or by a third party who has included material on our sites, please provide the following information to Rekalme listed below:

• A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
• A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site;
• An address, a telephone number, and an e-mail address where Reklame can contact you and, if different, an e-mail address where the alleged infringing party, if not Rekalme can contact you;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright or other intellectual property rights owner, by its agent, or by law;
• A statement by you under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf;

It is often difficult to determine if your intellectual property rights have been violated. We may request additional information before we remove any infringing material. We may provide the alleged infringing party with your e-mail address so that that person can respond to your allegations. If a dispute develops as to the correct owner of the rights in question, we reserve the right to remove your content along with that of the alleged infringer pending resolution of the matter. If your materials have been removed based on the complaints of another party Reklame will provide you with notice if your materials are removed due to alleged infringement of a third party's intellectual property rights. We will also provide you with the e-mail address of the complaining party so that you may attempt to resolve the issue. We will restore your materials upon notification from the complaining party that the dispute has been resolved.
