PS4 - CPU - AMD 28nm 16 core Abu Dhabi CPU 32-64 threads
GPU - 7670? 7770? 7850? 7950?
RAM 2-4 GB

XB3 - CPU - IBM Power8 22nm 16 core CPU 32-64 threads
GPU - 6670? 6770? 6850? 6970?
RAM 2-4 GB

N6 - CPU - IBM Power7 45 nm 4 core CPU - 16 threads
GPU - 4670? Can Run Crysis 2 at 30+ fps at 1080 so I say possibly.
RAM 2 GB

Reasons for this CPU? Well starting with PS4. Rumors are everywhere on what it actually is many claim an APU, but that is not most likely scenario. Still it is possible, but they are saying its an APU from 2011. I find that hard to believe considering console is launching in 2013. Also with talks of a Sony senior engineer speaking about working with yields on a 28nm process. This is the only CPU coming in 2013 in 28 nm from AMD that matches up to possible 16 core rumor of Xbox 3.

Xbox 3 - I personally believe the 16 core rumor is true. Well Power 7 only reaches up to 8 cores as far as I know. Its also not likely they would ship 2 CPUs per console is it? Power8 is coming in Early/Mid 2013. I personally believe Microsoft put in a bid to IBM to lock Sony out of utilizing Power8 CPU. Which is why I believe they jumped away from Power7 design when this was discovered as rumors suggest them scrapping Power7 design.

Wii U - Well Nintendo is known to always play the game their way and while this CPU is average at 4 core scale. It could go up to 8 cores and 32 threads. There is no way of knowing just yet what Nintendo will do. They have stated many times ultimate power is not their goal, but even at these specs they can deliver an experience you would get on a modern PC in 2012.

I personally believe Sony and Microsoft will side with AMD 7950 and AMD 6950 GPUs. Although they both produce alot of heat. That is the reason for cooling systems. So it could happen. Both of them side by side produce same amount of GPixels a second at 25.6 Gpixels. While 7950 stretches out with more GTextures/Bandwidth/Gflops. It fits the rumor of PS4 being slightly more powerful while still comparable to Xbox 3. Spec numbers could change before launch and really there isn't anything stopping them from picking the x970 lineup. I am thinking the 6990/7990 would be overkill but certainly would last 10 years you would think.
