Most if not all of these rules will be enforced when it comes to role plays. If you feel a rule is unfair or needs to be added, feel free to message me. 1. The mod of the board is somewhat like the admin so what he/she says goes. You must follow their rules as well as mine. No exceptions. Though they report to me they decide your punishment, which can lead to account suspensions or even to board suspensions depending on the severity of the offense. If you feel the moderator is abusing his/her power, contact me IMMEDIATELY with evidence and I will make sure the mod is punished. 2. You must have at least five (5) good sentences when posting in the role plays, this way it will be easier for others to reply. One liners are minimally accepted simply because writers block happens and we all understand that to a point, but if it gets too excessive actions will be taken. 3. ABSOLUTELY NO GODMODING OR POWERPLAYING! It will not be tolerated in any shape, form, or fashion. If this rule is broken in any way it will result in account suspension. There will be no exceptions to this rule and you can't talk me out of your punishment. If you do not understand what these two things mean, please tell me and I will explain or if I cannot I will find someone to help you. 4. Romance is accepted and greatly encouraged, but do not, I repeat DO NOT cyber or anything close to that. If you do, and believe me I will know, you and your "partner" will have your accounts DELETED. Yes, you saw it, caps and all. D-E-L-E-T-E-D. 5. No chatspeak/text talk in the role play, that, my friends, is what the OOC board is for. 6. This is a Semi-Literate to Intermediate forum, if you do not know what that means ask and you will be told by me or any other Admin/Mod. A narrative/descriptive post will be expected, and it should be written 'story-style' like you are writing a book. [**, ~~, etc.] will not be accepted when writing a post. 7. No double posting please. It's annoying to more people than just myself and it makes the tread/topic look really unorganized. Though I don't expect this to be a problem, I or the forum moderator will warn you once and after this will result in a 1-3 day account suspension. I know having so many rules sucks BIG TIME but I promise it won't be so bad...I just want to keep this place running as smoothly as possible. And I'm really not as...'formal' as these rules make me to be. Just have fun^_^. |
