Perks; Benefits and perks for characters

Perks

We have added this perk as way for further helping our user to truly make your character, and have it your way allowing for an even bigger use of our member's creativity but you can have only 1 of these of their choosing but no more so choose wisely.

The points you gain from those are only usable for Powered/Non-Powered effects, these points cannot be given to the users stats to increase attributes.

When selecting a perk, the name is to stay but the description is changeable. Since its intended that you need to explain WHY your character has the said perk, you should explain how they gained a Strength or power or why and how a Personality is on them. You still need to put somewhere what that Perk does, but be creative as well.

Personality
 

-Cold Eyes (This Perk allows the holder have blank facial expressions and seems to never be effected by what goes on around them. Not only does this keep them calm at times, reading their expressions or feelings is near impossible. This also allows bluffs and lies to be more effective since the user cannot be read. Tatical minds are the best users of this trait) -1

-Energetic Soul (This Perk allows the holder to have more energy to boot. As such this allows the user to always show life in their expressions and in what they do. To people who look at someone like this, they cannot tell whether they are a running out of energy or not. This can create a fear in opponents not knowing if they are close to falling or not. Not only that, a bonus to this feat is that Burn Outs only last half as long) -1 [This is desired for those with high stamina or willpower]

-Sadism (This Perk allows the holder to move with pain with out flinching from it. They actually invite pain in a sick nature. This allow them to show pleasure in the pain they receive which is a scary fact to face when fighting an opponent. The damage cannot be ignored if its critical. The user can be missing a leg and this effects them badly...but they take it with a smile on their face.) -1


Strengths
 

-Feet Over Hands (This perk is for those who use their feet more then their hands. Whatever they do, if it has to do with their feet, then add 2 to both speed and strength. But minus 2 when using their hands for both those attributes.) -1

-Hands Over Feet (This perk is for those who use their hands more then their feet. Whatever they do, if it has to do with their hands, then add 2 to both speed and strength. But minus 2 when using their feet for both those attributes.) -1

-Weapons Over All (This perk is for those who use a weapon over all. When using their weapon, add 2 to both speed and strength. But if they were to use a hand or a foot, or lose their weapon temporarily. Then minus 2 from both of these stats.) -1

-Jolt (This perk is a strange power as it makes the user of it stronger when weaker. When the user is in perfect health, their physical attributes are minus 1. When they are damaged a few times but not fatally, they are back at their regular stat points. When almost down or near death, they get a plus 1 to all physical attributes) -1


Types
 

- Power man (This are for those that naturally inclined to their natural abilities thus can use them freely without any need of training in it.) [remove Abilities from total effect cost but double cost all remaining effects]

-Technician (This is for those that prefer the use of knowledge instead of raw power thus can use techniques and expertise as easy as breathing) [remove Expertise/Super Art from total effect cost, double cost for abilities/buff]

- Balance Master ( this are the person that possess the most balance from all types as they incorporate only one ability from each branch of effect but by doing so can utilize their power much more effectively) [ Have only single effect of each type of effect in your character power/non power effect list, if done so half the total cost of power/non power effect]

-Buffer Upper (This is where the person who posseses such abilities to increase allies or decrease allies with much more pounce to their tricks.) [Take out the cost for Buffs from total effect cost, but double cost of all remaining effects]



Faults
 

-Heroic Will (Those who have this seem to have more of a powerful willpower and have a strong desire to uphold their views at all cost. But one of all about this is they will never attack the opposite sex due to something the decided a long time ago in their past.) +3

Fearful of [Fill in] (Depending on how bad the fear is described, and what they fear of is decides the points that is gained from this. If per say someone feared Blood to the point they froze up, the user will actually obtain the max of 4 points back due to the extreme likeliness of this occurring)
