This spell was created by the great wizard dizgmorp. He was well known for his Fish related spells.

This spell allows the caster to instantly summon any fish. The applications are numerous as the fish is under the control of the spellcaster.
The fish available vary on the experience of the caster.

In this field you learn an ancient writing system and language that can manipulate the universe on the very surface. for example, it would be easy to carve runes in the ground, creating a small barrier. However there are a few factors that come into play. The runes can be destroyed by two means. Defeating the spell they produce or directly destroying the rune. The effectiveness of the runes are dictated by the precision they were created with. A hastily drawn rune will have poor results while one near perfect in construction will have much more of an advantage. There is a set Script system for the runes and they all have set tasks. However when you start using them like a language, the possibilities start to widen.

There are two schools of rune casters, Memorization and intuitive casters.

memorization casters study a rune structure allowing it to sink into their head the runes need only be called to mind, pictured with clarity and a final trigger word or movement be preformed. As the rune system works with the weave of the world, casters straying from elemental discipline tend to take this rout as an alternative. memorization casters are limited to spells they commit to memory and are limited to the amount of spells that can be memorized depending on their experience with the recall procedure. Once a spell is cast in this manner, the user must return to their book or tome and allow the picture to sink in again before casting that respective spell. Sleep causes the caster to forget the spells they have studied(Excluding magical sleep) and the caster must have a visible medium that they can see and have on them at all times to commit the spell to memory.

Intuitive casters learn the runic language and weave their own spells shaping the energy of reality's weave around them. This naturally takes much more focus as the
caster must call the trigger string to mind focus on it and activate it.

A intuitive caster is limited by mental fatuige and with overcasting can be sent into a induced state of sleep deprivation eventually resulting in death. Memorization casters rarely deal with this problem because they dwell on the spells they wish to imprint in their couscous, fully grasping the spells wear on the mind as well as only having as many spells as they can memorize at once to cast. memorization casters know the nature of their spells and they have been in use for ages. Intuitive casters blaze the trail into the unknown, often being consumed by their own workings.

Anyone can draw runes it takes a steady hand and a sharp eye to scribe them well.
Not anyone can cast by this system. Those with the inability to visualize the runes have no hope in this field. Those with a dull mind are seriously hampered in this field.

Psionic Power:
Psionics is a broad term used to describe abilities originating from the mind. Such abilities include; Mind reading, Thought Communications, Mental Attacks, Mental Defenses, Mind Control, Projected Illusions, Clairvoyance, Precognition, Environmental resistance Pain resistance, Psionic Weapons, Psionic Armor, Astral Fabrication, Retrocognition, Remote Viewing, Telekinesis, Pyrokinesis, Cryokinesis Teleportation, Astral Projection, Etherealization, Dimensional Travel, and Accelerated healing.

Usually this power can manifest in any race. However, there are some races pre-disposed to Psionics or have this power inherently. This power is mostly present in intelligent races.
