Among the few things I threw together in an effort to figure out Flash... since I don't know Fireworks....

The first one was not only featured as part of a description statement in Resurrection, but it was also the first try at an animated gif. The second one was something I just cooked up a few minutes ago.

However, I cannot figure out, for the life of me, that when making an animated gif, to tell Flash or Fireworks to MAINTAIN the image quality that is present instead of simply ASSUMING that I'm going to use it on web pages for those who can't view more than 256 colors now days.

It's CS3. You'd think if Adobe has come THIS far, they'd assume that either people would want the option of True Color processing, or make that default. Period.

Meh, at least I came out with this. ^_^

Sadly, GIFs can only go as high as 256 colors while PNGs, BMPs, and high JPEGs are able to keep the quality. But for doing that in Flash, that's pretty good. Try doing it in Imageready (Comes with Photoshop). You might get better results there, but don't count on that it'll go past 256... >>;;; They need to make a way so that GIFs aren't exported with pixels...

Cool gifs though, Maybe now Transcon will make his own moving Alpha-Omega...

Well, aside from the obvious avatar change, here's a closer look at the guy center stage in there:

Edit: Apparently, I still can't figure out how the heck to get rid of the white background...

When you save, set the Transparency to None. That should give you a blank background, but first, which program are you using? Still the Flash one? I know you can manage to take it off in Photoshop, but only if you're starting with a file without any background color.

But that one's pretty sweet.

Roffel House!

I find it hilarious that his core pulses faster in your avatar than it does in the stand alone gif. Perhaps just being near Samus's icon gets Omega's 'heart' to flutter? ^_^

Awesome work, by the way. It's really cute!

This one was done by request of a few members and such due to the inspirational lightning bold that was Curon's Mega Man RP type thing.

I felt like a kid with a coloring book: lousy. I am sucky at coloring. I discovered that I lack the time or the patience.

Oh, and here's the original design for the character. I have reason to believe that this isn't the original art for the game, but rather fan art based off of the original character design:

As you can see, I changed the character design enough, like an "update", but kept true to the theme for my concept of Crash Man.

Yeah, that's not the true artwork for the original Crash Man. Its probably an update drawn by someone from either Capcom or someone that's really good at fanart...or a mixture of both.

I present to you "Montage Plus!" Episode One: Lucky Strikes.

This is what I had been doing in my spare time. It took a lot of effort and time to construct this video to my liking.

Aw man, seeing that makes me want to play halo 3 again. Despite all of its' flaws I had so much fun sniping on there. Nice job with the video editing though,I finally got to see that spawn snipe you were telling me about, and that clip with you in the lift was great!

I finally got one!...... And it died a horrible death,so I guess I'll have to find a new one.
