So during all of today, I've been having issues in trying to gain access to Chatango. Silver Fox says he's not having any issues, which is bugging me. And bare in mind, the page I get is a direct chatango ERROR. Here's what is says: The Requested URL could not be retrieved. The following error was encountered while trying to retrieve the URL: http://realitysexile.chatango.com/ Connection to 208.93.230.23 failed. The system returned: (110) Connection timed out The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again. Your cache administrator is webmaster. I've tried to access Chatango both through my desktop and my laptop. Same result. Anyone know anything about this. |

something strange happens when I try to goto that IP address, and whois can't tell me what it belongs too. were you trying to connect through the same internet connection on both computers? |

yeah there is something screwy going on there, I would restart your router, maybe check its settings to make sure there isn't some weird DNS config or something else like that |

I take back my previous comment about the whois, now it is showing me that the IP is within the range owned by chatango. still strange |

I attempted to reset our Modem (Which is generally done by taking out the power plug for a certain amount of seconds). Still having the issue. Could you run me through in accessing the modem's settings? I have NO idea in how to do that. |

so without knowing anything about your modem those settings are normally accessed by entering your gateway IP address into your browser. you can figure out your gateway IP address by opening a cmd prompt and entering ipconfig. you should get a webpage with the configuration options |

Hmmm, I get a username and password prompt. I think I would know the password (Which is our wireless D-link password), but I'm not sure about the user name |

Still having issues accessing. I've gotten the model number, and even the default admin and password through google, but every time I type in them in, it just sends me another admin/password prompt. The model is a Scientific Atlanta DPC2100R2. Also, would resetting the IP address work? |
