((OOC: Activity please! Gogogogo.))

Zero was bracing for impact, the dragon having plummeted straight toward him, so much so that he almost didn't notice the beast having been knocked to the side by one of the larger pikmin. He took no time after Olimar's attack to sit around; he jumped right back into battle.

Rayquaza was a bit too big for Zero to rush in blindly with his sword; he had to wait until the right moment came for him to rush in and make a decisive strike. Until that moment came, he fired charged Z-Buster shots at the legendary Pokemon. He never took his eyes off of it, which led to him being a bit surprised by the large tree coming up and laying a good blow, having been hammered toward it by Kirby.

The dragon roared and plunged into the ground entirely. The soil was loose, so it could easily tunnel around. Zero immediately called out to the others.

"Watch the ground around you! If the soil starts to move, get out of there!" He charged his Z-Buster and clutched his sword tightly, waiting for the next move to happen.

=================================================

Ness, with a slightly scared Lucas behind him, still waited in the Gymnasium. The wooden baseball bat in his hands was starting to look darker on the handle, as he had been clutching it so tightly that his palms began to sweat. When nothing happened around them for some time, he turned to Lucas.

"Go hide somewhere, I'm gonna go look outside really quick." He patted Lucas on the back gently before running over to the doors. He tried to listen through them, but he heard nothing outside. Taking a deep breath, he walked over to the handle, and, as gently as he could, pushed it in and looked around outside.
"Hmph. I don't even need this rusty sword to kill you."

(OOC: I AM NOT DEAD. SORRY FOR WAIT!)

"N-no. If there's something out there, how about we face it together?" Lucas stood bravely, not wanting to leave his new friend behind. In the past, Lucas has shown his courageous spirit. That spirit is what got him through the trials when his island home was under siege by a time-traveling maniac. He saved the world from that threat with his friends, but there were many losses. Whenever he thinks about his mother or his brother Claus, a single tear would drip down his face. A single tear in remembrance of his loved ones. The memory of his mother, Hinawa, will always be in his heart.

"B-besides, if we're together. We may have a chance to face whatever's out there." He said, giving Ness a light smile.
=========================================================

The ground suddenly trembled underneath the star warrior. Kirby ran from the spot he was standing on just in time to avoid Rayquaza's dig attack. The serpentine dragon shot out of the ground like a bullet, too fast for anyone to see. Rayquaza swirled in the air with it's mouth glowing. It looked at Zero and unleashed a powerful Hyper Beam at the maverick hunter. "PIYO!" Kirby said, trying to warn the reploid to move.
========================================================

"Infinite ammo hm? That could be useful." She said in reply to the angel. She had not taken her eyes off of Ganondorf. She knew the man was pure evil and having him around could put them in jeopardy. But it seems that he has intentions of destroying whoever was responsible for attacking Hyrule and encasing it inside the Subspace Field. Samus was about to ask another question when suddenly she saw something in the sky. What seems to be an airship of sorts was flying in the air above them. Three of them to be precise. The ships hovered over them and flew south. The airships had flags that bore the image of a familiar enemy: Bowser.

"Alright, questions later, we have to follow those ships. If my instincts are correct, it may lead us to one of their bases." She suggested. "And once were there, we can find out more where the other bases are."

"Tailing them sounds like a good idea. I'm up for it." Sonic agreed with Samus. "How bout you guys?"

The great dragon burst from the ground with blinding speed, forcing Zero to shield his vision from chunks of dirt and rocks that were flung from the eruption. One in particular made it past his arm and impacted his visor, disorienting him for a moment. His senses came back when Kirby, the reliable little pink fluff that he was, shouted his usual sound of warning.

"PIYO!"

Zero looked to the skies, trying to find the dragon, and found a furious beast that was now firing a gigantic beam of death straight at him. He wouldn't have enough time to properly move from the blast, and his vision was still off.

"Cerveau," he thought to himself, "I hope you knew what you were doing when you built this thing!" He reached to his belt, where a disk was attached by a small clip. He pulled it violently off of his armor and gave it a flick, the disk sprouting metal extensions that formed a large, resilient shield. It glowed slightly, even in the bright sunlight.

Zero quickly crouched in place behind the shield, bracing for impact from the massive beam of energy.

(OOC: The shield is called the Boomerang Shield, and would function the same as the fox team's reflectors.)

"I have no better plans," Marth replied looking up at the flying ships, silently wondering how they were able to actually fly "and if we do manage to find their bases we may be able to find out where the next attacks will take place.”

He glanced around at the other members of the group considering the obvious problem and then stating “just how are we going to catch up with those ships anyway? can anyone here fly fast enough to actually keep up with, or land on one?”
"You can live forever or die trying."

"Well, I can fly, sort of," Pit said quietly to Marth. "You see, I'm not a fully aged angel yet, so my wings are strong enough to keep me up for long periods of time... I can glide just fine, though that's not that much in this scenario." Pit motioned to Sonic. "I'm quite sure Sonic could keep up with them below, on land, however."

He looked to Samus. "Samus. I've heard you have a sky ship of some kind... would that be able to catch up to the fleet?"

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Bored... bored bored bored...
Across the world sat a very bored dictator robot, spinning in his chair. The squeak echoed through the dead halls of the facility, as did his mechanoid sighs of exasperation. Suddenly aggravated, Copy X's metal boot scraped against the floor, screeching as he came to an abrupt halt. Perhaps he should step outside, lest he lose his sanity...
Slowly, he rose from his throne and walked toward the elevator, leaving his console attended by a maintenance reploid. As he pressed the button to go up, the doors opened; this elevator rarely left whatever floor he was on, as it was his personal elevator. He pushed the button to go to the top floor, and the elevator went there silently. When the doors opened, X was greeted with a stiff breeze, and he stepped outside, the doors closing behind him.
He slowly walked to the edge of the building, where he leaned against the stone guard that protruded from the floor to keep one from falling to their doom. Looking into the skies, he began to think of days past...
Like when he was just a copy of that blasted Megaman X, who went around trying to save everyone. Pathetic. Sure, they still called him Copy X, but now, HE was X. There was no other, and there would never be another.
Or when he was forced to serve Dr. Weil in his schemes to conquer the world... what he would have done to have killed him himself...
...But no, it was that damned ZERO who got to him first. Zero always managed to mess things up. It was always him, meddling in his affairs, killing his servants, nearly killing him dozens of times over.
His fist clenched. He knew Zero was still out there somewhere... what remnants of X's original personality were left after centuries told him that. And while Zero was still alive, he couldn't be certain of anything.
Uncertainty infuriated X more than anything else.
A reploid had exited the stairwell to check on its master. "Sir, do you need any assistance--"
X turned suddenly and fired his arm cannon, impacting the servant's cranial area directly, obliterating it. X snarled as the reploid's headless shell fell, sparking, to the ground, only to be dragged by X back into the elevator and thrown to the side. He punched the console, which crackled slightly, but took him back to the main floor. He stepped out of it, dragging the remains of the reploid from before, and walked up to the console again, shooting the reploid that was sitting there out of his seat. He took the two wrecked machines, threw them in a crate, sloppily put the lid on it and secured it, and put it in the teleporter with specific coordinates.
Grunting, he stomped back to his throne and sat down, beginning to make a message for Eggman.
Eggman. Sending you more things to work on. Hope you're happy, because there might be many more to come if you don't give me something to do.
