Welcome Guest [Log In] [Register]

If you're a returning member, no, your account has not been deleted, we've actually changed board since you were last here. just go ahead and register, PM one of the staff, let us know you're here, and we'll get right to work converting your information and post count from the old board.

Keep in mind that any RPs running on the old site are probably still there, so if you don't see them here, just check the 'Home' Page, and follow the link back to the old board.

Active chanowner can vary. Primarily it will be Darthanis. As needed EP will take the status if I am unavailable.

If your having problems, PM me or snag me somewhere. Its what I'm for.

I:Registering; All members are now required to Register their nicknames in IRC. There is already a guide posted on "How to register your Nick".
The purpose for registering is so we can open the room to the public without giving the public freedom of speech.
Members will need to register so they can automatically be added to the list of "Un-muted".
The purpose of allowing non-members into IRC is so that they can Query an active member to ask them questions.
I am hoping that this MIGHT attract more visitors if they have a easy way of contacting active members.

II: Enforcement of Rules; This registration feature also aids in the "Law Enforcement" area. A member that needs a little time to cool off, but does not deserve a kick, can instead loose their voice privileges temporarily. Loss of voice is less... Severe than banning or kicking as the two might just further anger someone. If a staff removes your voice, it stays gone until they give it back.
This is in essence, A "Soft Ban".

III:Rules of Conduct for Staff and Non-Staff;
a) Discussions of moderator decisions ARE NOT to take place in the IRC.

B ) Staff are NOT to criticize, demoralize, and otherwise inhibit other staff members in public (IRC and elsewhere), regardless of the situation.

c)If you are in the know-how of a current staff issue. You are NOT allowed to share it with other members under ANY circumstance.

d)All members are to consider others before themselves. Basically, do unto others as you would have them do to you.

e) Staff members are NOT to wield their abilities Un-justly. If you are involved, Get someone else to handle the situation!
All -V changes are to be issued after a warning (Warnings must be public for quality control). If a member feels they have been wronged or handled unjustly, Please send a timestamp to the channel owner.

f)If a IRC staff member has taken un-unnecessary or Biased action, the situation should be reported to Aiko, Darthanis or another Admin. The punishment for the Guilty staff member is to be decided by them.

General Rules:
A:Act in a mature fashion

B: Don't be obnoxious; If your antics are bothering the other members, you WILL loose your Voice.

C: No links to questionable material! Keep links PG13

D: Keep swearing to a minimum. We are all creative writers that take pride in our grammatical prowess.
Its not that hard to come up with a witty insult.
Also, keep sexual content to a minimum, especially when the kids are around.

E: IRC is not for personal arguments. We are here to have a good time and bond as a community. If you have an issue you wish to discuss or something you want to argue over. Take it to PMs
