So, I just checked my email to remove some spam, and one of them had a creepily funny subject line. The subject? "Hello my sweet, perfect" The only reason I didn't chuckle was because I'm at the library. |

Behold, the latest offering from Michael Bay: This is the perfect trailer. It has everything you could ever want. Explosions, cheesy one-liners, guns, cars, scantily clad women, thinly-veiled homoeroticism... but it's that moment right at 2:04 that takes it from great trailer to Greatest Trailer Ever. I am so going to see this movie. In theaters. I haven't been this excited since Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. |

So I'm reading The Silent Sea by Clive Cussler, and I happen across this interesting moment in when the main protagonist and supporting cast are getting ready to meat someone: "Don't forget to bring garlic and a wooden stake," Eric said "What are you talking about?" [Primary Protagonist, Cabrillo] "Ronish lives outside of Forks. That's the town where the Twilight books take place." "Huh?" "It's a series of romantic novels about a teenage girl in love with a vampire." "How would I possibly know that?" Cabrillo asked. "And, more telling, why do you?" Eric looked sheepish while Max roared with laughter. Very clever, Cussler. Very clever. |

"I believe that the human spirit is indomitable. If you endeavor to achieve, it will happen given enough resolve. It may not be immediate, and often your greater dreams is something you will not achieve within your own lifetime. The effort you put forth to anything transcends yourself, for there is no futility even in death." — Monty Oum | |

Nathan Filion, the man who played Mal in Firefly, stars in a new series called Castle, which is set in modern times with supernatural stuff (I.E. werewolves, vampires, etc). I don't personally watch the show, but during dinner time, we had the TV on (We've been doing that lot. Thanks dad) right when an episode was starting up. And it started with Fillion dressing and whipping out of his room stylishly with two pistols at hand...with another character asking what his Halloween costume was supposed to be. His answer: "Space cowboy." And that's when i realized just who he was dressed as :P. |
