Well, i've just lost all faith in anime fans.

Recently I was introduced to Neon Genesis Evangelion. I hope to never encounter such a series ever again. I dub thee the Twilight of mecha anime, and the only anime for which it's introduction to 4kids might be an improvement.

What kind of fluke allowed for this series to be loved by so many I shall never know.
Have you watched the ending? Might make you reconsider the whole '4kids' thing.

Seriously. That's some messed up shit there at the last few eps.

By the time i'd reached episode 12 or 13 I was less focused upon watching what was going on and more focused on repressing the constant urge to try diving through my computer monitor and beat every character in the series to death.

I don't mind it being hailed by fans, but I hate how horribly overrated it is. Even Naruto has some redeeming elements to it but this...

It's. Just. Bad.

So crazy alarms went off in the building I work in. It's part of a college campus made up of eight buildings and takes up about four city blocks. The parking lots take up their own blocks as well, outside of the four blocks where all the buildings are located. The building I work in on campus is in the middle, and there isn't a lot of room because of how many buildings are squished onto this one block.

Anyways, we were taken from out jobs and filed out and taken to Timbuktu in the farthest parking lot from campus, to stand in the cold wind for over half an hour.

Why? Because someone blew out a candle and set off the fire alarm...

Well, at least we know the alarm system's high quality.

Allow me to introduce myself, I am Doctor Buzz Killington.

I'm going to say this as simply and as cleanly as possible, because if I tried to invoke how I feel into my writing, it'd be a three page document of different methods for spelling the word fuck.

My computer refuses to display video output, and has done so since Saturday. I have since spent fifty dollars on diagnostic tools, RMA'd a part I didn't need at a twenty dollar loss, and have begun an RMA for my video card, a process which should take two weeks.

As I am typing this, firefox has my processor pegged. I cannot use RE without serious problems occurring. This is the case all across the board. So I will not be back for awhile.

So I just got a C on the paper for using cliche expressions and using "OK" instead of "Okay." OK was an acronym...

Not a word....

It stood for Ohll Korect, it was a political joke back in the day...

Ok, so maybe I'm just sore about having a C. But seriously, those are stupid reasons to give someone a C.

So I've been replaying Twilight Princess lately. Great game, just about perfect in my opinion. However, whenever I play it, or any Zelda game for that matter, there's one thing that always bothers me, and it's been bothering me for over twenty years.

I fucking hate Link's hat.

I hate it. Can't stand it. Easily one of the top three worst decisions in the history of the series, the other two being Wind Waker's graphics and pretty much all of Zelda II. I mean, seriously. Whose brilliant idea was it to make the hero of probably the greatest video game ever made dress like he oughta be making toys at the fucking North Pole? Miyamoto? (Actually, that wouldn't surprise me one bit)

And I really don't give a shit that it's iconic. So's Wolverine's mask, and there's a reason that it never showed up on film. Cause at the end of the day, it just looks stupid. Like Link's hat. And honestly, regardless of how recognizable it is, if they got rid of it, would that diminish any of the awesome of the Zelda series? Would it really?

Now, don't get me wrong, The Legend of Zelda always has been and always will be my favorite video game franchise ever. But that stupid fucking lameass hat should've been retired along time ago. A Link to the Past was probably the best time to do so. Alas, it was not, and now we're stuck with it.

I really, really hate that hat.

Here's a little food for thought for you on that subject, Jefe.

The nerve of people infuriates me. Take a look at this image...

The students of WVU sent a banner to the Huskies, signed with their condolences and R.I.P.s over UConn Football Player #6 Jasper Howard's murder. Well, all except for one person, who's writing was circled in red, where they wrote "Go WVU."

What the hell is wrong with people? Someone died. If you can't say something as simple as a "I'm sorry for your loss" or "Rest In Peace" then don't fucking sign it. This kind of thing is bigger than just football once someone dies, and people just don't care about the bigger picture. I swear...

All our sympathies go out to you and your family, fox. Losing people is hard, especially if you're close. I'm still hurting from the loss of my grandfather a few months back.

Take some time off if you need it. As is the saying around here, Real life trumps fiction.
