Oh man, I feel for you two. My family's always been big with dogs. My grandma's lost more than I like to think about, one to a train as well.

Not even a year ago our oldest dog got hit by a car. She was pretty banged up, but she's still with us. Even if her ribcage does vaguely resemble a banana now.

But yeah, sorry to hear about that Fatalis. Here's hoping they can come up with the kind of immortal uber-dog that survives no matter what, kind of like the one in Fable II.

Wow Arx. I can't even imagine what you're going through. I first got my dog when I was about four or five (I can actually remember getting her), she lived for quite a while, about twelve years before all of her aging starting to pile up on her and we decided to put her down.

I found it's easier when you remember the eccentric traits of their younger days rather than the gradual slowdown of later times. I also have an easier time talking to someone else than talking to the grave itself, to me it's like opening fresh an old wound all over again, no matter how long it's been.

I feel for you. Hopefully your mom isn't going to decide to plant raspberry bushes at his grave a year from now, because nothing brings back memories than seeing the spine and skull of one of your buddies : /

Don't worry about that, Flex. The grave was about five feet deep, four long, and topped with half-a-foot slabs of mountain rock at the end. Nothing but the best for my best friend. :)

And, all of you, thanks for the kind words. I can't seem to tear myself away from this place, even in all my sadness (which, I admit, is becoming less). I've just got to teach myself to remember the good times, and stop wishing I could have done more.

I'm just glad he isn't suffering anymore.

Is it all four parts of the circle, or just three? I've heard that one is treatable, while the other isn't, but I don't know which one. I don't have a 360 of my own, unfortunately.

ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGH!!!!

*Pants*

Now that's out of my system, I'd like you to know that my mom got the wonderful idea to get another dog; one that she heard about from work. So yeah, when i heard about this, I thought she was brain washed. For one, I'd never thought she'd ever want to get another dog, and two, I didn't want another one at all.

The reason: they would be a huge pain to intergrate into our house hold; at least for most dogs i suppose. And my fears were correct.

We have the dog here as a 'trial run,' and the first night he pooped twice in our dining room - and it was diaharea. Good lord the stuff smelled horrible, not to mention he peed. Things did get a little better after that; at least a bit. So far, he hasn't done his business - up until NOW!!

He peed again today, and while it wasn't as bad as the first, things just got more hectic. The dog appears to be really attached to my dad - a little TOO attached. The poodle (Yes, a poodle, black fire; the large type) has been following him constantly and jumping up around him; and its begun to really drive him up the walls. Just this breakfast the dog jumped on the table to try and snatch my dad's food; thankfully my dad caught him in the act.

It was almost the last straw, 'cuz then i've had to deal with him. In fact, many of us have tried to get the dogs attention away from my father; and so far they failed (Not to mention he fails sitting lessons).

And one of the most irritating things about this pooch is that once he sees someone outside of the window, he starts yapping like no tomorrow. This get's our other dog into a barking frenzy (Thankfully our older one is a godsend), and to be blunt, it's really, $%*&ing annoying. I've tried several times to calm the bugger down, but it rarely successful.

In fact, I've had to baby sit this dog quite a few times, having him in my room (One time while i was playing Diablo 2, and he barking). Add to the fact that he's recently caused some damage - ripped dad's Sadako book and a teddy bears nose - and...well....the list goes on.

Simply put, my dad wants to kill it, and to be honest, so do I. I don't want to be an animal hater, but this pooch is really starting to give me a headache; and soon enough, we're going to the vet to check him up. Perhaps there will be a problem my dad can't fix about the dog and he'll have to take him back. Either way, I really wish the dog was gone; I know we saved him from being put to sleep, but seriously.

The only problem is that my mother is a bit attached to the dog <.< Go figure. Hey, you trying living with this dog for about a week.

'nuff said.

I don't want any more pets any time soon, CEMP. Sorry, otherwise I would try. :X
