Planet Name: Bryyo

Introduced: Metroid Prime III: Corruption

Galactic Coordinates:

Planetary System: Same system with Elysia and Norian; only known as a Federation Solar System

Orbit Parameters:

REU (Relative Earth Units): Roughly 1.05 or so

Geography: The planet's alignment makes most of its surface uninhabitable: 48% of the world is always exposed to the sun, with another 48% shrouded in permanent night. The remaining 4% lies in an equatorial ring of fertile jungle, where the bulk of Bryyo's bioforms dwell.

Environmental Resources: Fuel Gel

Colonization History: The local bioforms are quite primitive, though there are ruins that indicate an advanced culture thrived on Bryyo in centuries past. According to Bryyonian lore, there was once a time of primal rule until the Golden Age of Science, in which these Bryyonians came into contact with the Chozo, Luminoth, and the Vlla. However, due to the nature of those that still held to the Primal Traditions, this led to the war against the Primals and the Lords of Science, which in turn sparked the creations of the Mogenar War Golems. The Golden Age, the Age of Science, became the Age of Schism and then the Age of War. The last of the Lord of Science was found and dealt with, but since then, tablets recording the history echo of a warning against not finding peace and balance between two opposing forces.

Economics:

Major Cities: No cities named, but there are three main docks: Cliffside Air Dock, Thorn Jungle, and Fiery Air Dock. There is also the Leviathan Air Dock, in which the Federation transports the Phazon mined from the remains of the seed

Dominant Sentient Species: Reptilicus

Resident Population: 95% Reptilicus, 5% Others

Government Structure: Primal/Archaic Tribal

Alliance(s): Unknown, but currently within the Federation

Military: Federation outposts

Planetary Defenses: 2 ~ 3 Federation Frigates near Fuel Gel mining areas

Planet Name: Elysia

Introduced: Metroid Prime III: Corruption

Galactic Coordinates:

Planetary System: Same system with Bryyo and Norian; only known as a Federation Solar System

Orbit Parameters:

REU (Relative Earth Units): Roughly 1.25 or so

Geography: Most of the surface is covered with a very dense layer of clouds that make it almost impossible to monitor anything from the atmosphere. It is unknown as to what the planet holds, but it is certain that there is a mining camp, as well as a makeshift base around the remnants of the Leviathan Seed

Environmental Resources:

Colonization History: According to the records left by Elysian in the Data Pods that are scattered throughout Sky Town, it is said that the Chozo were the first to arrive and create the floating network town above the planet’s surface to study the universe. It was not until several decades later, the first Elysian was created to help maintain the towns through the harsh winds and storms that took their toll on the stations. It was then that these first mechanoids were given self-awareness. Roughly 400 years after the first mechanoid was created, the Chozo left Elysia while leaving the station under their care. However, with their resources dwindling, only a few were left running while the others were shut down. The Federation arrived about 1,035 Elysian years later, forming an alliance with them, as well as trading resources for tactical information. The Federation even put in an Aurora Unit to help with the maintenance, as well as the data transfer that ran back and forth between the outpost and base.

Economics:

Major Cities: Sky Town - A network of advanced structures floating in the atmosphere of planet Elysia. Most of the base is dedicated to research, from a local to interstellar level. The powerful sensors of SkyTown provide useful military intelligence data along with research information. An Aurora Unit analyzes the vast amount of data collected by the station: it is supported by the Elysians, a group of sentient mechanoids that live within the base.

Dominant Sentient Species: Elysians – sentient mechanoids of various forms

Resident Population: 98% Elysians, 2% Others

Government Structure:

Alliance(s): Federation

Military: Federation outposts, Automated Defense System

Planetary Defenses:

System Name: Sethilis System, "The Lair"

Introduced: Corruption: The Aftermath (not yet visited)

Galactic Coordinates: Exact co-ordinates unknown; located somewhere within Wild Space Sector Bravo.

Planetary System: Numerous dead planets and a vast starship graveyard sslowly orbiting a white dwarf star.

Orbit Parameters: N/A

REU (relative Earth units): All planets in the system are smaller than Earth, the starship graveyard covers an area of approximately 3 AU.

Geography: All planets in the system are barren, frozen wastelands, their atmospheres stripped away when their star entered the red giant stage. Many of the ships within the graveyard still have redundant systems operating, although they are erratic.

Environmental Resources: The rocky planets are rich in a multitude of minerals, but hostile surface conditions mean acquiring them is difficult. Much of the system's resources lie within the hundreds of unidentified starship husks drifting through the system, including large deposits of left-over Phazon. The highest concentrations appear to be contained within a massive mothership-like vessel deep within the graveyard, where massive energy readings are being detected.

Colonization History: Surviving ruins on the second planet indicate a civilization once existed here. Orbital scans have identified numerous forms of architecture, including Chozo structures. Whether the civilization was wiped out by the star's death, or the battle that created all the wreckage is unknown.

Economics: N/A

Major Cities: N/A

Dominant Sentient Species: Numerous bioforms have been detected within some of the wrecked ships.

Resident Population: Unknown.

Government Structure: N/A

Alliance(s): Located in Wild Space, possible Pirate activity.

Military: Numerous Jump signatures point towards a Pirate presence in this area, possibly from mining operations.

Planetary Defenses: Several of the ships are still operational to an extent, theoretically their weapons systems could be used to defend areas. A number of space mines are also present in the system, appearing to be of Pirate design. Either the Pirates are operating here, or they want to keep anyone else out. The high levels of Phazon within the starship graveyard hint at the former.
